Eiyuu Densetsu: Ao no Kiseki – FAQ/Walkthrough

Prologue

Start a new game, pick the difficulty level of your choice. The game will ask if you want to transfer a Clear Data from Zero no Kiseki.

Watch the event scene, you will face your first battle.

The game will let you know the basics of combat. Arios and Dudley are very strong and should able let you overcome this battle with ease. There is a trophy for collecting every enemy data, to collect this information instantly, use the Battle Scope (バトルスコープ) item on enemies you encountered.

When you regain control, you will receive two Master Quartz for your Enigma Unit. Go to the menu and equip them in the Quartz section. When you are ready, speak to Dudley or Arios.

When you regain control, head up to the next area and examine the gate on the left side. After examining the gate, head to the right side of the map. In the room to the right, you will find some Sepith in a treasure chest. (There is a trophy for obtaining all treasure chest found in the game. You can check your treasure chest completion rate at the records page. A regular treasure is worth 0.3%, monster chest is worth 0.6%)

Leave and take the exit on the upper left, collect the Reviving Balm on the way. Now take the top exit, and you will find a switch. Press it to unlock the gate near the beginning. Go to that gate and proceed to the next area. A Lighter accessory is hidden on the upper left corner of this area. Return to the center. You can find a Curia Balm in the room to the right. Take the top exit to proceed and face a group of monsters

This battle is not very difficult, Arios' Gale makes quick work of the dinosaurs.

Afterwards, take the left exit to find some Sepith in a chest. Return the previous area, the right side of the map will split into two ways. Head below to find a monster chest containing an HP 1 quartz. Now head back and enter the room on the right, where you will find an EP Charge I. Now return to the area where you fought the dinosaurs, and then go up. When the path splits, you can find a Long Barrel accessory hidden in a chest to the right. Look for an exit on the left to find a Fish Arrow in a chest. Now take the top exit to find an Orbment station. Heal up and leave through the upper area.

Keep your party members spread out to avoid being hit by the bosses' AoE attacks. If you're playing on Nightmare mode, Arios' Gale will be even more useful. Lloyd and Noel will need a lot healing to survive as they are extremely fragile. Arios has the ability to heal based on the damage he deals, so he should remain healthy even without healing.

Your party will be split up after the cutscene. Head back to the Orbment station to heal yourself. Arios won't be saving you in the next set of battles, so get ready for the upcoming challenge. Deep understanding of the game mechanics is required to survive if playing on higher difficulties. When your ready, go to the next area, go to the left exit to find a Teara Balm in a chest. Leave and then go right side of the map, go to the exit under. On the next area, an event will occur.

Have one character focus on casting arts and the other focus on healing. You can also use Noel's Accel Rush to AT delay the boss, if you have your S-Crafts ready, you can also use it to instantly finish the boss.

Go to the left exit, then to the next room on the top, you will find a Curia Balm in a chest. Then go to the next room beside you, contains a monster chest, clear it to get the EP Cut 1 quartz. Take the exit on the right, it will return you back to the starting area, now go take the east exit from here, then exit on the path down, you will find a Reviving Balm, on the bottom left corner. Continue forward to the next room, you will find an orbment station and another gate. Explore the left side of the map, you will find an EP Charge I. You will find an exit at the upper center area, in here you will find a switch, press it to unlock the gate near the orbment station. Leave the room for a mid boss fight.

This is a very annoying boss, it is immune to physical attacks, so you will need to cast Arts to deal any damage to it. Get rid of the small mobs first by using your S-Craft. The boss can summon additional monsters. The main strategy is to have one person focus on healing and the other member to cast arts on the boss. You should also spread your team out so they don't both get hit by Quake. If you feel it is safe, you can have both members cast arts on the boss.

Afterwards, take the bottom exit to find a monster chest. This monster chest contains two Rock Domina, so be careful, if you clear it you will get a Poison quartz. Leave the room and go to the right side of this area, on the right exit you will find a Teara Balm near the top corner. Now return to the Orbment Station, you will find the gate unlocked, heal up, and go inside for the main boss battle.

This boss can hit a single target really hard, it's best to use the same strategy as the previous mid boss, Having one member focus on healing and the other for attacking. If this is on nightmare mode, you need to keep your HP above 2000 to survive. If your HP ever goes below that, make sure you have a way of healing yourself before the boss strikes again. You can use Lloyd's Stun Break, to cancel one of the bosses special skill (Burning Finger).

Earnest will now gain AOE attacks. This battle can be pretty tough, The good thing is Arios will come to your rescue. Keep your party members spread out to avoid being hit by the boss' AoE attacks. If your playing on Nightmare mode, have Lloyd and Noel spread out, then have them self heal to stay alive. Arios should focus on attacking. You can use Dudley to boost your strength or provide additional healing if your team needs it.
