Eiyuu Densetsu: Ao no Kiseki – FAQ/Walkthrough

There is a several bonus DP conditions for this battle. You will notice this battle has a 5 minutes time limit. Be sure to skip all attack animation to have much time as possible for this battle.

Conditions

• Defeated the boss = 5 DP
• Reduce the boss HP below 50% by the time limit = 3 DP
• Reduce the boss HP around below 75% = 2 DP
• Survive until the time limit = 1 DP
• Game Over = 0 DP

The damage you inflict on the boss will determine how much DP you'll get. This battle is entirely luck based, your chance of victory is based solely on which skill the boss uses. The boss can be debuffed, but I wouldn't suggest reducing the boss' speed, as the boss can cheat his turns with his Warcry ability, which automatically put his turn ahead. Also because the boss hits extremely hard, it will usually kill your characters in two hits. I would suggest you have Lloyd setup as an evasion tank and put him in the front, so the boss would target him. You should also bring Tio and have her cast Zero Field when the boss boosts his CP, because he would immediately use his S-Craft after. You should have two party members use Adamantine Guard to protect yourself, and another party member to use spells like Fortuna to buff their ATS for maximum damage. If your playing in Nightmare Mode, it is impossible to inflict the boss with physical damage at this point, your main source of damage would be using arts. The strongest arts would be the single hit fire spells as they have the highest damage output in the game. If you manage to get the Jupiter Bell from earlier, it also effective for Elie, as her turn will come in more frequent. Overall, this is one of the hardest battles in the game if you want the maximum DP bonus and especially because of the short time limit given. If you are unable to win, wait for the time limit is up, so you don't get obliterated, and still get 1 to 3 DP bonus.

Move to Crossbell City Hall and speak to Morris and Roy. Accept the request. You will need to find materials for the participant for this contest. Speak to the following NPC.

• (Central Square) Orbal Store "Genten" - Wendy
• (East Street) Old Dragon Diner - San San
• (Residential Street) MacDowell Residence - Joanna
• Crossbell Cathedral - Ries

After you spoken to those four NPC, return to City Hall and speak to Morris. During the event select one of the three girls in your party to participate in the pageant. During their appeal message event, select the first choice. (逮捕の宣言でアピール). This will raise your DP for later. Afterwards, you are given the option to select the contestant you like the best. You will get a quartz based on the candidate you selected.

• アリイス (Iris) - Defense 3
• サンサン (San San) - Attack 3
• ウェンディ (Wendy) - Evade 3
• ジョアンナ (Joanna) - HP 3

Move to Guillaume Factory at the Downtown area. Speak to Abbas and accept the quest. After accepting the request, go inside the Trinity Bar, speak to Ryan behind the counter, he will give you some recipe items. You will need to help out three different sets of NPC to finish this quest and then report back to Abbas when you're done. Check the list below for the NPC you need to help. If you manage to help out all every NPC's request, you will get 4 extra DP.

• Guillaume Factory - Guillaume (Need 10 U-Materials)
• Maison Imelda (Destroyed rubble) - Canon (Speak to Canon, then ask Guillaume for a Metal Detector.) Use the Metal Detector (△ + L) to find the stuff Canon needs. There is a total of 10 Junk, and 4 U-Materials that the Metal Detector can find.

• Lotus Heights - Axel (A lot of Food Material. Axel will only give you a measly 500 mira to collect the ingredients for him). Then Speak to Tanto in the same building to learn about the Tomato Paste. Collect the Paste by speaking to the Juice Stall Owner in the Government District. Then collect the ingredients listed below. (Beast Flesh can also be found in the Exchange Shop).

When you have finished the request, speak to Abbas, he will give you access to his Pomto! account.

If you have finished the Job at the Theme Park quest from Chapter 3.Speak to Hanks by the Waterfront Area. He'll take you to Mishelam Wonderland. During the dance event, select the following choice for maximum DP.

Go inside the Bakery, and speak to Morge in the kitchen. Accept the request. You will be rewarded with extra DP if the best choices are chosen. For this part you gotta select the party member, if you want max DP, avoid picking Randy and Tio. Each character is good at a certain trait. If you pick the best one, it will give you the most DP.

Travel to Tangram Gate and speak to Commander Douglass at his office. Accept the request, this should let you access the Ancient Battlefield which is located in Amorica Old Road on the north path before the village. You can also pick up the Meghaduta and an EP Charge II in the treasure chest along the way.

There is two paths that will lead you inside the Sun Fort. Take the exit on the bottom right first, as there is a lot of treasure chest you can find on that side When your inside the Sun Fort, there is a fishing spot in the sewers, at this point of the game, you should able to catch 29 different types of fish with the access of this spot. If you, you can challenge the final Lake Lord's apprentice. Defeating all of them will let you challenge Lake Lord, and if you defeated Lake Lord, you can catch the final fish giving you the Chevalier master quartz. Now return back to the original path, and take the upper right path, when you reach the end you will be surrounded by monsters leading a boss battle.

This battle is similar to the Ice Condor battle in Chapter 2. You are immediately ambushed, and each dog has the ability to AT Delay your party members. If you came unprepared, this battle can be rough, the best thing to do is have Tio setup with the most powerful water magic, and use Elie's Strike Bell to accelerate Tio's turn to instant cast, letting you wipe out all of the small mobs first. If you don't have this setup, you can try using Noel's Sleep Grenade to put the mobs to sleep and then focus on taking out each dog. The main boss, however, has really high physical defense, so it is suggested you use arts to take care of the boss.

When the quest is cleared, you can return to the boss area, to pick up two treasure chest. Monsters will also be replaced with the regular monsters instead of the Doven Kaisers.

If you have eavesdropped on the conversation from earlier, the game should let you access the airport area (South exit of town). Speak to the two delivery workers by the upper right corner. Accept the request, Then move to Central Square and speak to Franz at the center of where the bell used to be. After this event, use the Car to move to Tangram Gate. Note: If you move to another location, or use the car to move to another location, the quest will automatically fail.

This battle is similar to the Ice Condor battle in Chapter 2. You are immediately ambushed/ The cougars can blind a single target with their attacks. The Cougars are pretty fragile, you can use arts like Dark Matter to pull them into one spot and then finish them off with stronger magic. Or you can use Lloyd's Raging Spin. Combination Crafts can also work pretty well against these mobs.

If you're playing in Nightmare mode, it is highly recommended that you make an evasion tank. For the upcoming part, Lloyd is the most suitable choice. You can easily get an almost perfect dodge rating. Purchase the following items and have them equipped.

• Weapons with Evasion - Lloyd / Wazy only.
• Kagemaru Robe - 20% Evasion (Can be found in the general store)
• Evade 3 Quartz - (Purchase from Orbal Store, also can be found in a treasure chest from Marshland of Blue.)
• Shoes with a 10% Evasion Rate - (Strega Ω should be given as a rank bonus at this point)
• Accessory with a 10% Evasion Rate in Slot 1
• Evergreen in Slot 2 - Can be purchased from the Antique store, or can be exchanged at the Exchange Shop by trading a Emerald fish.

Accept Nielsen's request at Guy's Grave. Select the following choices to get maximum DP.

Note: This quest does not activate if you haven't completed Nielsen's previous requests.
