To QuikJump to any section in the Table of Contents, highlight the
keyword and then press CTRL + C + F + V, RETURN. QuikJump keywords
are always surrounded by +'s.

If these numbers and periods line up vertically, you're good to go.
If they don't, switch to a monospaced font such as Courier.

To help fill in missing information, run repeated QuikJumps on the
keyword + Unknown + to find all occurences. This will help me out a
bunch.

  + Introduction +
=====================================================================

This game is a port of the original SimCity to the PalmOS platform by
Atelier Software. It is a quite faithful conversion, and the controls
are well-suited for the Palm OS. This game costs $29.95 and is
available at www.ateliersoftware.com. There is no demo version, but
it's well worth the cost. You can also get SimCity on the PalmPak
Games Card, but I believe that product has been discontinued.

--------
+ Tips +
--------

-Use the RCI indicator. It stands for residential, commercial, and
industrial, respectively. When the bar is above the letter, it means
more of those zones should be built. When it is below the letter, it
means no more are currently needed.

-To determine your tax rate, use the Eval screen. If you are doing a
good job as mayor, raise the rate 1% for the next year. If you are
not doing a good job, lower it 1%.

-Build your power plants far away from your main city. They meltdown
after a certain number of years. + Unknown +

  ===================
  + The Edit Screen +
=====================================================================

The Edit Screen could also be considered the main screen. It is where
you build and maintain your city. It looks like this:

            ^Bulldozer   | |    ^Edit
            Feb 1956     RCI   $19999
                          |
            -------------------------

            -------------------------

^Bulldozer represents a pull down menu where you can select what you
want to build. These are the options:

  +-----------------------------------------------------------------+
  + Bulldozer: Clears a unit, whether it is a power line or an +
  + Airport                                                         +

  + Power: Builds a power line.                                     +
