I haven't seen any of this information compiled anywhere, so I just
transcribed my notes.  There may be a few things to clean up.  If you see
something to add to the faq, please let me know via the message boards

Q: What is this?  What are these numbers?
A: The numbers next to "Secrets" are the map coordinates of the secret 
     passages.  You can find the coordinates inside the cheat menu, on the 
     Stats page.

Q: Cheat Menu??  ZOMGWTF!?!?!?  Wer is dat?
A: You can find it pretty easy elsewhere, but for the sake of being a complete
     FAQ, it's listed in the "Cheat" section, near the end.

Q: You mention a "secret" website for finding all secrets and killing all
     monsters.  What is it?
A: Finish the game and find out.  It's not hard, and with this FAQ it should
     be even easier.

Q: What are the controls?

Plasma Gun: Uses 3 Cells
Rocket Launcher: uses 1 Rocket

Dog: varies depending on dog

Berserker: use to do 3x damage with any weapon in the next 30 turns.
Dog Collar: use to capture a Dog.  Will attack and shield you from damage.
Armor Shard: add 4 Armor
Flak Jacket: add 25 Armor
Combat Suit: add 50 Armor
Health Vial: add 4 Health
Bullet Clip: add 4 Bullets
Bullet Clips add 10 Bullets
Halon Can: add 3 Halon ammo

[Combat Guide]
Tip 099: You can skip a combat turn by pressing the 9 button while engaging an
     enemy.  Use this strategically to draw an enemy into your line of fire.

Tip 103: Crates can be smashed with weapons and often contain useful items.
     Beware, some crates explode if disturbed.

Tip 104: Your automap is available from the game menu. Use it to help you if
     you're lost.

Tip 133: A is for Axe; crashes like thunder.  Z is for zombies, rend them
     asunder

Tip 134: B is for buckshot, tried and true.  Canines, Imps, and Barons hate
     you.

Tip 147: Reports have come in that the Commando class is weak against plasma.

Tip 148: Fire retardant has proven effective against fire creatures.  Imagine 
     that!

Tip 164: Exploding barrels can damage enemies, but be careful as exploding
     barrels can also hurt you.

To access the Cheat Menu, enter the menu and type in "3666"

Cheats:
- Noclip - walk through walls
- Disable AI - monsters don't walk (do they attack?  need to test)
- Give all - give all weapons (items too?  need to test)
- Give ammo
- God mode - take no damage
- Level up - raise level
- Give map - fills in Automap

Change Map: (where the displayed level name differs from this list, it has
     been noted)
- Intro - (display name is "Entrance")
- Junction
- Sector 1
- Sector 2
- Sector 3
- Sector 4
- Sector 5
- Sector 6
- Sector 7
- Des. Junction -  (display name is "Junction")
- Reactor
- Credits - jumps to ending
