How do I get rid of "unable to find corresponding criteria"?

  1. I can't play the game because unable to find corresponding criteria doesn't let me pick any of my characters in team setup. Almost like they don't exist, but do in the Servant slot.

  1. You just need to change your event filter options. On the support select screen there is a button next to the refresh button that lets you change your event filter. You probably have event servants turned off and every servant is an event servant for this event.
