Well, to my knowledge, you have to have the two characters you want to support each other standing adjacent (beside) for a certain number of turns (Varies for each pairing). After said number of turns, in the menu where you move, attack, ect. there will be an option 'Support' if they're next to the person you want to support. Choose it and enjoy the convo.
In a nutshell: put them next to each other and keep waiting turns until the support option comes up. grayJ - 9 years ago
What grayJ said is right, but remember it must be with certain units. You can't support Cormag, for example, with Ewan. Middleman93 - 9 years ago
Simple, put them nit takes a very long time to get a support conversation, 50 turns or so for my first one, and only vertain characters can have supports with each other, eirika and seth can, for example, but seth and ross can't. joeoflula - 9 years ago
If you've beaten the game before, you should be able to see who can support with who. Just sit the two you want to support next to each other for a certain number of turns(this could take a while) and eventually you'll get the support option. You can only have five support conversations with any one unit, so be careful who you support with. The marriages at the end of the game are surprising if you support the right units. Those four are correct, characters can only talk to certain characters.
It can be seen before battle (support) or after you beat the game in extras.... you can only have 5 conversations per character per file.
If you make a new file, you will have the support conversations saved, if you beat the game (check the extras, then support), and you can now support 5 more times since it won't be saved to the new file...
If I lost you, then sorry... try to read a little slowly for this. =) kirbychanie - 9 years ago
There are two support FAQ's I believe, check them to know who can support with who ^^ ZarDoom - 9 years ago
First, the units must be compatible, you can check this in preparations under support. Then all you have to do is have the two units you want to support stand next to eachother, and eventually the support option will come up senor_owncakes - 9 years ago
