   Once you can use the 'Mini S. Wheel' Vehicle, use it anytime your not in a building to avoid Random battles.

2. Unlocking Hachiro as a rematch opponent after Partsun Rally

   At the Partsun Rally event, you must first get the Medapart at Kodine Island by Robattling Hachiro and then get the next one at Rosewood Private School in Medaropolis. Doing these in the above order causes Hachiro to stay in his house after the rally, ready to Robattle you infinite times.
   
   Note: To be safe, do not use the Silver Locket when you get the Partsun Rally part at Rosewood, as it would cause Hachiro to return to Kodine Island. Sometimes, this may decrease your chance of Robattling him in the end.
