To see the Dragon Medal, go to the Rubberobo army base under Witchy's Caslte and go to the soda pool. You need to talk to all parts of the pool to have the medal. And for the ? medal, you should follow the ? medal quest, or Karin's sidequest. Just look to Autocon's Faq on the In-depth faqs section.

if u search for ? medal u should use tail333 walkthrough for Dragon medal i don't know but may be my medabots data is broken so i got dragon in ninja medal place
