I tried different and even every type of medabot parts I had but still couldn't beat the game. Please anyone help me?

To add to what giratina_orgin said, try using a lid from a coke bottle or something similar and run it back and forth across the button as quick as possible (assuming this is on an original GBA or GBA Micro).

If your playing on an emulator, turn on Auto fire A button. For visual boy advance thats Options>joypad and the one at the very bottom

You need to press the `A` button rapidly right? Don't press it, but just move over it REALLY QUICKLY! Explained: just `scratch` over it like a DJ.....
