How do you erase your save file?

  1. "On the Pokedex OR High Score screen, hold ''L'' on the control pad, and tap the ''L'' and ''R'' shoulder buttons AT THE SAME TIME - you will receive a prompt confirming whether or not you want to erase your saved data."
