How does this play on Retron 3 and or a Retro Trio?

Running this game on a FC Twin, the bosses that use Mode 7 are literally invisible due to a compatibility issue.
Has any one played this game specifically on a Retron 3 or Retro Trio and had any such problems??

My Retro-Duo also does not display the second boss (spider) or the fifth (ice) level boss. I was able to defeat the spider without needing to see it, could not do the same on the ice level. I ended up hooking up my original SNES to play through the game and beat it.

Probably a little late on answering, but I have the Retron 3 HD and unfortunately, the 2nd boss is invisible.
