Welcome to my general FAQ for Dark Summit.  I used the Gamecube version
towrite this FAQ.  There may be a difference in the games for the 
differentconsoles however.  So if you are playing the Playstation 2 or 
X Box version and there are alterations, DO NOT E-Mail me and tell me 
my FAQ is wrong but tell me what is different.  And I will add a new 
section called "changes" and include them there.

So without further ado...

This FAQ is the second video-game related literary work that I have 
written, and only FAQ for this game for that matter. I made sure that 
it covers everything you need to get 100% with all of the characters 
and acquire everything that is obtainable.  

There are some things however that I have yet to know about this game.

	Tips And Tricks

* Hold forward and A, it makes you go faster.
* When jumping a gap, hold forward and A and then let go of both when 
  you are at the lip of the jump.
* Get to know the land so you know where everything is.
* Try not to do anything fancy while in challenges.
* NEVER give up when a challenge seems a little hard.
* Press Z to go back a little if you missed your turn or need to get

At approximately 2200h on Wednesday, December 29th our facilities 
observed an object entering - tracked until completion - Ski Resort Mt.
Garrick - helicopters dispatched to the area - observe - secure - need 
to act quickly - security - maybe cause for alarm - the snowboarding 
community have arrived - the subjects must be controlled in order to 
protect - Chief O' Leary must make certain that the snowboarding 
community does not grow rid the resort completely of these troublesome 
individuals.  We cannot risk our secret being discovered.

The Equipment

*NOTE* Only Naya can change her Snowboard and Outfit which I think 
sucks but all well.  The other players that you can play with have good 
enough snowboards.

The Snowboards:

^Basic Model^
This is the first board that you can play with.  It is OK to start with 
but as soon as you get a chance to upgrade, upgrade.  (Unless you want 
a challenge andcomplete all of the missions with this board like I 
did.)

^Slick 250^
This snowboard is your first upgrade.  You only need to get 250,000 
points,which you can rack up in a few minutes so it is justified when 
it is not much of an upgrade.

^Dynamic 3000^
This snowboard is the one to use when you are going to be chasing or 
running from someone.  The Prototype MG has better air but when you are 
in the air they can catch up and you can land on them.

If you want this snowboard you are going to have to earn it.  You will 
want to procure this because it has the best ratings.  If you know how 
to handle it you can waste your friends in multi-player.  If you cannot

Special Trick Icon Locations

If you have gone down Mount Garrick a couple of times, then you have
undoubtedly seen yellow balls with a snowboarder on them scattered 
throughout.  Those are what I call special Trick Icons. In your 
sub-screen is a trick-list some are lighted up others are not.  To make 
them light up and become available you must collect them and that is 
where this section comes into play.

*Note* These tricks are ones you start of with:

Misty Flip
Back Flip 180 Tail Grab
Front Flip 720 Method

^First Cut^

=Inverted To 540-Each time you have a choice to go left or right stay 
 to the left and it is out in the open.

=High Kick-Each time you have a choice to go left or right stay to the 
 left and it is out in the open.

=Corkscrew 1080-After the first bomb piece, go forward.  It is in the 
 air you have to take the jump and get it before you jib on to the 
rail.

=Honey Flip-Out in the open.  Right before goo gap ten.

=Iron Monkey-During the "On The Runs" challenge right after you go to 
 the Nokia(c) uplink it is hidden behind the snow created by the snow 
 machine.  Just go to the left, through the snow, up the ramp, and it 
 is above the watchtower.

^Function Junction- Terrain Park path^

=Front Flip 720-Take the left path and follow it until you get to a 
 bunny hill.  Jump the hill and get it while in the air.  I recommend 
 using the best snowboard.

=B-Boy-Stay on the left side of the screen and it is on a red rail that 
 starts in the snow and ends in the snow.

^Pipeline^

=Cork Screw 720-In the halfpipe part before the hangar there are two 
 half pipes next to each other.  They look like this while you are 
 going down the mountain |1||2| you get the idea it is on the left side of 
 number one.       | || |

=Rocket Air-Sitting in the middle of the halfpipe numbered 2.	

=Hi-Fi- Stay on that halfpipe and it is a little ways down after the 
 Corkscrew 720 icon.	

^Summit^

=Heart Attack-Right after you come out of the forest there will be a 
 jump.  Almost like the Olympic Ski Jump.  It is way up high in the 
 air.  I recommend using the best snowboard to get it though.

=Flip Catch-during the "Escape The Ski Patrol" challenge follow the 
 path and it is out in the open.

=Location On Mountain: Lower Mountain East

=How To Obtain: You start off with this one.

=Their Introduction: I know you didn't come up here to get involved, 
 but listen up.  I don't have much time, if I'm discovered we're all 
 finished.  We need your help.  Hook up with me at each Challenge Com 
 Link.  I'll help you earn enough lift points to get your hands on a 
 forged pass to the next chair.  They don't hand these out to just 
 anybody.  You'll need 220,000 lift points to prove you can handle 
 yourself up higher.  Along the way get better gear by pulling off 
 tricks for equipment points, I have to go.  Now get up there and save

 to get good point combos.  And it is also good for getting used to the

=How To Obtain: Score 220,000 Lift Points.

=Their Introduction: You've made it up to the Function Junction Lift.  
 Things start getting more intense up here.  Keep your guard up and 
 eyes open for more evidence of a military cover up.  And Be Careful. 
 I can't tell you anymore I've risked too much already.

=My Introduction: Welcome to a place that has something for every one.  
 On the left are many rails in a row that a jibbernot will go crazy 
 over.  On the right is an Olympic ski jump that any one that is meant 
 for the air will go gaga over.  So have fun in a place your not even 
 supposed to be in.

=Their Introduction: N/A

=My Introduction: A place that will make someone that loves half-pipes 
 go crazy.  It has many half pipes with a few rails and jumps.  This is
 definitely not one of my favorite areas but I like it better than the 
 alien halfpipe though.

=Challenges Found There:

^Summit^

=Location On Mountain: High Alpine

=How To Obtain: Score 1,250,000 Lift Points.

=Their Introduction: You've reached the summit lift.  You've made your 
 mark.  The Chief really wants a piece of you now.  This is your chance 
 to find out what he's hiding.  Make sure you don't underestimate his 
 influence around here.

=My Introduction: This area is just simply one that has some really 
 great trick spots.  I have seen poles that last for a long while and 
 jumps that'll send you to the sky.  So if you want to get a sick score 
 do massive trick combos on the poles and rails or do special tricks 
 while you saying hello to a helicopter.

=Location On Mountain: Back Country

=How To Obtain: Complete "Ski Patrol Chief" challenge and Score 
 2,150,000.

=Their Introduction: The Backcountry.  The Chief has been defeated and 
 now it's up to you to find the fifth bomb.  Track down the Headquarters 
 and finish what you've started.  So close to victory.

=My Introduction: Quite possibly the best place to pull off some 
 special Trick combos.  This are has many jumps that'll let you say hey 
 to the people of cloud nine, and drop-offs that'll send you six feet 
 under.  So when you finally get this, have fun talking to angels.

Bomb Piece Locations

^First Cut^

=After the Derailed train and its tracks stay right.  You will  
 automatically have the challenge come up. Follow her to a long rail. 
 Jib and stay on it until you get the piece.

^Mid Mountain-Pipe Line^

=You will run into this one if you stay on the middle half pipe and 
 head over to the Challenge Com Link that has the "Special Delivery" 
 Challenge.

^Summit-To Forest Trail^

=On the trail after the gap with a lookout tower and a shiny money 
 symbol floating over it but before the wooden structure you can jib 
 on.

^Summit-To Big Gun Trail^
=Take the "To Big Gun" path and when you have the option of going right 
 to a Challenge Com Link, or left, go left and you will run into this 
 one.

^Helidrop^
=Take the "To Big Gun" path and when you have the option of going right 
 to a Challenge Com Link or left, go left and you will run into this 
 one.

Challenges:  

The Challenges are what will get you lift points, ranging in value.  
Some are as simple as jibbing a couple of objects, spinning around, or
doing flips.  Others will have you outrun someone or group or possibly 
finding something.  To make it easy on you I have listed the challenges 
like you would see it in your games Challenge Summary menu. Then a 
breakdown of the challenge.

Name:  Name of Challenge

Specific Location: Exactly where it is in the level.

Difficulty:  How hard it it's to complete.

Introduction:  How the game introduces the challenge.

Goal:  What you need to do to complete it and get your points.

Tip:  The game tip on how to complete it.

Pass:  What you mole says if you pass.

Fail: What you mole says if you fail.

Point Amount: How many lift points you get for completing it.

points to prove you can handle yourself up higher.  Along the way get

1.

Name: The Bomb

Specific Location: After the Train tracks keep going past a couple of 
goo gaps and take the right path.

Difficulty: 1.5/5

Introduction: Meet Ty she is one of the five operatives you will meet 
up here. Ty will lead you to the first part of your most important 
mission.  Taking out this mountains shadow organization.  Now go find 
the first bomb.

Goal: pick up the first bomb.

Hint: She will lead you to the railslide.  The bomb is on top of it.

Pass: Keep your eyes open.  There are four more bombs and four more 
regions you need to find them all.

Fail: Maybe I didn't explain myself well enough.  You must get that 
bomb. Without the chiefs reign will never end.

Point Amount: N/A

I chose 1.5/5 for the difficulty because if you don't know where it is 
then you will get ahead of it and have a hard time of getting on the 
rail.  All you have to do is follow her if you fall behind, don't worry 
just follow the red line she leaves behind.  If you get ahead just stop
and she'll come.  As for the bomb itself it is on the black and red 
striped rail that bends.  Just line yourself up on it and jib straight 
to the bomb.

2.

Name:  Make Yourself Sick Air

Specific Location: This one is easy to find.  Just stay on the main 
path and you it will be the first Challenge Com Link.

Difficulty: 1/5

Introduction: Its time to start proving your skills. Sure it's just 
training for now.  Do 6 540's and earn some lift points.

Goal: Successfully perform six 540's.

Hint: Rotate by holding down the left or right direction while in the 
air.

Pass: Take what you've learned and apply liberally,

Fail: Feeling Woozy?  Skip lunch, carry a hankie and try again.

Point Amount: 20,000

To complete this one it is really easy.  All you need to do is get 
enough air as to where you can turn around one and a half times to do
a 540 six times.  To get good air hold down the A button before you get
on the jump and let go when you reach the lip of the jump.

3.

Name: Turn On, Tune In, Flip Out

Specific Location: Same location as challenge 2 and 4.

Difficulty: 1/5

Introduction:  Its third period in trick school.  Do 5 flip tricks to 
earn points.  Learn them well.

Goal: Successfully perform five flips.

Hint: Flip by holding down forward or backward in the air.

Pass: You have learned well keep your head.

Fail: Don't get discouraged we need you.

Point Amount: 30,00

This one is a little bit harder than the second one but has the same 
principal.Get enough air so you can do a flip.  Later in the challenge
are some good ramps.  So if you wait you could probably get enough air 
to do two or more flips at once!

4.

Name: Phat Air

Specific Location: Same location as challenge 2 and 3.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: Pull off 4 different special tricks and you're well on 
your way to proving you've got the chops to beat the chief.

Goal: Successfully perform 4 different special tricks.

Hint: You can view you special trick list in the pause menu.

Pass: Your abilities are impressive.

This one is kind of difficult if you try to do a special trick that 
takes awhile to perform.  I've found that High Kick, Back Flip 180 Tail
Grab, Misty Flip, and Honey Flip are the easiest to do.  Just find a 
good ramp, then make sure you have good speed and whip out those 
special tricks and you'll have you 40,000 easily.

Name: There's A Gap In Your Teeth

Specific Location: Keep going straight on the main trail and after the 
first Challenge Com Link, stay on your trail and it it's the next one.

Difficulty: 2/5 (If you have a slow Snowboard.)

Introduction: Certain experiments in restricted areas have been 
producing somenasty byproducts.  The Chiefs been dumping this goo into 
some gaps in this area.  Clear 5 of these gaps and don't get any of it 
on your exposed skin.

Goal: Complete 5 jumps over gaps.

Hint: Look for gap jump markings on the snow.  Jump each gap.

Pass: Nice work, make sure to check out what is creating this stuff up 
around the half pipe.

Fail: Bubble bubble toil and trouble.

Point Amount: 40,000

This one is easy if you have a good snowboard.  I recommend at least 
having 1 million points and buying the board that you get with the 
points.  There are very many gaps you can jump to get this but the ones 
I like to do are these ones:

1. Immediately to the left after the station.

2. After that head to the right and go on the path hidden by the snow 
   machine and jib the rail or jump it which ever you prefer.

3. Keep going straight until you see the sign with Naya, then take the 
   right path follow it for you third one.

4. If you follow the railroad tracks there is one on the right side.

5. Keep heading straight on the trail and get that one

If you missed one  he is one more if you don't get this one then you 
will fail.

* Go left take the ramp and jump that one.

Name: Heads Will Roll

Specific Location: After the first Challenge Com Link take the right 
path and it will be a little ways further down immediately after a 
small bunny hill.

Difficulty: 1.5/10

Introduction: Practice taking out the opposition on some cold dummies.  
Knock down 10 snowmen.

Goal: Destroy 10 snowmen.

Hint: You can use objects to destroy snowmen.

Pass: Niiice, Don't think of the slow patrol any different than frosty

Fail: They move too quickly for ya.

Point Amount: 20,000

There are many snowmen scattered around some single some in pairs and 
some in a group of three.  Here are the 10 I usually get:

1. To the right of the out house about 1 second after you start your 
   challenge.

2., 3. 4. Take the right path and they are in a cluster of three. Use  
          a Snow plow to get them (Down on the stick.)

5., 6.,7. Keep going forward they are after the Goo gap that you jib to
          get across. Snow plow to get these three as well.

8.,9., 10. After that keep going and they are in a row behind the snow 
           being blown by the snow machine.

If you missed a couple here are some more:

* Two are after a jump on the trail to the rail road tracks.

* Three are in a cluster on the tracks.  Jib to get them.

* After those three there is a lone one.

Name: Lookout Houses

Specific Location: Same as Challenge 6

Difficulty: 1/5

Introduction: We have reason to believe that something unnatural is 
going on in the mountain outhouses.  Put an end to some. Covert 
surveillance by smashing 8 lookout houses.

Goal: Destroy 8 outhouses.

Hint: One path is better than the other.

Pass: The chief is watching you, and you just poked him in the eye.

Fail: You have to put a stop to this.  Go back and try again.

Point Amount: N/A

There are many outhouses scattered around.  Here are the 8 I usually 
get:

1. Right after the station.

2. Take the left path and get the one by the rail.

3. Keep going past the 3 snowmen, past the log in the ground it is on 
   the left side.

4. Start heading to the right and get that one

5. On the right side of the level a little more ways up there is an 
   area with a fence on the right side and an outhouse.  Smash that one.

6. After the rails is another one.  You know what to do.

7. Before the large picture of Naya, is yet another one.

8. After the goo gap you jib to get over is another house.

If you missed one here is one more:

Name: Fight For Your Right

Specific Location: I do not know what triggers this challenge to come 
or where exactly it is.  Because every time I get it I do it on 
accident, so if you know the answer to either of these answers E-Mail 
me and if what you say is true, than you will get thanked in the thank you

Difficulty: 1.75/5

Introduction: That's twice now Hanz has made you look like a fool.  You 
can't appear weak up here- go kick his @$$

Goal: Knock Hanz Down

Hint: You only need to run into him.

Pass: Hey this guy wants to be your friend now funny how that works.

Fail: He knocked you on your butt, and lived to tell the tale.  Not 
good.

Point Amount: 30,000

Name: Clear The Table

Specific Location: Where you would be told to chase to get the bomb 
there will be a Challenge Com Link nearby.

Difficulty:  1/5

Introduction: Time to give Chief O'Leary something real to chew on.  
Find O'Leary's lunch and clear the table.

Goal: Knock the turkey of the last picnic table.

Hint: Tap jump to ollie onto the tables then press rail to jib them.

Pass: He just got dessert, I'll watch your back.

Fail: I guess he can only get fatter after a lunch like that.  Go back 
and try again.

Point Amount: 20,000

This one is simple if you do not try to get a combo or anything.  Just 
go straight then turn to your left into the picnic area keep going 
until you see a fat guy, that is the chief.  Behind him is the table and
turkey jump up and jib on the table to knock the turkey off.  He would 
chase you but your mole doesn't let him.  Besides the fat man can miss 
one meal anyway.

Name: The Chase

Specific Location: As soon as you get out of the gate words will flash 
on the screen saying: Escape The Ski Patrol and the challenge begins.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: The Chiefs onto you, he sent his cronies, get out of 
here!

Goal: N/A

Hint: N/A

Pass: You lost 'em, good work stay on your toes.

Fail: This obviously isn't going to be a cakewalk, watch yourself up 
there.

Point Amount: N/A

Just like the "Army Boots" challenge stay on the main path, avoid 
obstacles, and stay on the ground to get speed and out run them.  
This one is not hard if you have a quick board so I recommend getting
an upgrade.  Luckily for you it is not long chase, but you have many 
people chasing you and the other people skiing that are not connected 
to Mt. Garricks Shadow organization will try to make you wipe out, 
so watch out for them as well.

Name: On the Runs

Specific Location: After the "Jib Street" challenge head to the right 
side of the screen.  There will be a huge gap with two things you can 
jib on.  Jib one then go over the gap.  On the left side of the hill 
is a long curved blue pole jib it straight to the challenge.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: Did you just eat that chocolate bar Hanz gave you? It may 
have been a bar, but it sure wasn't chocolate.  To unload some of 
what's 
to come you need to find an outhouse.  Fast.

Goal: Reach the yellow out house.

Hint: Follow the "To Outhouse" signs.

Pass: Never take candy from a skier.  Let this be a lesson well 
learned.

Fail: That doesn't look good, or smell good, time for a change of 
clothes.

Point Amount: 50,000

They gave this challenge too much of a reward for finishing it.  The 
best way to do this one is right after coming out go to the left take 
the ramp and get the special trick icon in the process. After that go 
down the hill and follow the trail past a goo gap, then a pit, past the 
three rails (Getting an awesome combo while doing that.) then use the 
ramp to jump the last goo gap to the outhouse.

Name: Jib Street

Specific Location: After the "Groomer Gap" Challenge stay on the left 
side of the screen and you will see it.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: You need to learn to ride on something other than snow.  
I 
know this will be useful later.  Jib 8 Objects.

Goal: Successfully perform 8 jibs.

Hint: Tap jump to get onto an object then hold the rail button to jib.

Pass: Jibs are important.  Sometimes the only way to reach area is by 
rail.

Fail: A jibbernot is someone who lives to jib, you on the other hand 
are 
just a not.

Point Amount: 10,000

Just like other challenges where you have to do tricks to pass.  If you 
see a good jibbing object jib it.  Sometimes if the item is long enough 
you can ollie than jib again and get two or more jibs on one item.  The
best places to get your jibs are on the left side.

13.

Name: Manual Overdrive

Specific Location: After the "Army Boots' Challenge go to the left and 
watch for a yellow light go to it.

Difficulty: 0.5/5

Introduction: Prove that you can balance with the best of them.  This 
ability will be useful in infiltration of certain areas later.  Perform
4 manual grinds.

Goal: Perform 4 manual grinds while jibbing.

Hint: Push the rail button and move up or down to do a manual.

Pass: Your range of skills is improving.

Fail: You are not so skilled at manual labor.  Perhaps you should try 
again.

Point Amount: 40,000

The point amount they give you for this one is to high.  The challenge 
is too easy to complete.  Just get on a rail push up then down to get 
both the nose and tail manual.  Then do it again to get your points.  
Simple huh?

Name:  Army Boots?

Specific Location: After the "Clear The Table" watch for a yellow beam 
of light and go to it.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: Treat this lucky member of the Ski Patrol to some good
old-fashioned trash talk.  Then make like wind before he pays back the
compliment.

Goal: Avoid the Ski Patrol

Hint: Move quickly and avoid the ski patrol.

Pass: Doesn't matter if it's childish, it's funny.  Way to stir the 
pot.

Fail: And that's just what they did.

Point Amount: 20,000

Like all other challenges where your are being chased the object is to 
get to the end with out being touched.  One thing I do not like is if 
they wipe out they instantly get up.   As to where it takes you forever 
to get up.  On this one I recommend that you jump on the rail and jib 
it then jump to the rail and jib it as well.  This will build speed.  
Then take the Right path avoiding the bombs.  Stick to the path and do 
not take any jumps because they will stand right where you land and you 
will fail.  If you fail a couple of times see why you are failing and do 
not do that.  If my way to do this does not help you do it your own way.  
It is  not as long as most of the other ones but you will get it with some 
practice.

15.

Name: Groomer Gap

Specific Location: Right after the "Clear The Table" challenge you will 
see this station.  You will have to go to the right side of the screen, 
take the ramp, and jib up there.

Difficulty: 2/5 (If you have a slow snowboard.)

Introduction: There's some heavy machinery being used up here- and it's 
not just for moving snow.  Prove your ability to maneuver around some 
of this gear.  Clear the groomer gap.

Goal: Jump over the snow-grooming vehicle.

Hint: Use the ramp to jump the groomer.

Pass: Keep that some focus later when you see these machines working on 
the half pipe, what are they doing up there anyway?

Fail: You won't get far on the half pipe if you can't time your jumps.  
More practice needed.

Point Amount: 30,000

Keep going straight until you see roadblocks with some wooden blue X's 
take that path.  Now is when you need to build speed.  Jump the gap, go 
down the hill, then a little further you'll see a groomer with a small 
ramp in front of it. Line yourself up the middle of the ramp hold down 
A then when you get to the lip let go and jump over it.

Name: Grab Some Air

Specific Location: After the "Army Boots" Challenge Com Link look for a 
yellow light in the sky, there will be two, go to the second one.

Difficulty: 3/5

Introduction: Time for more training.  Do all 9 grabs and you'll be 
ready for you next recital, and you'll have more lift points.

Goal: Successfully perform 9 different grabs.

Hint: Hold the grab button and a direction on the control stick.

Pass: Good work, you know chopsticks?

Fail: Live, love, learn.

Point Amount: 30,000

In my opinion this one should give you more lift points for completing 
this.  The way I do this one is do a snowplow, ollie, press X, and 
using my D-Pad I press a direction (other than up or down because then 
I always do a flip and wipe out) to get one of my grabs.  I wait until 
I get good air for my tail and nose grabs.  You can also use you 
C-Stick to do it but the D-Pad is more accurate.  Ironically though 
this is the only time I use the D-Pad unless I have to do the "Multi Point 
Grab" challenge

You've made it up to the Function Junction Lift.  Things start getting 
more intense up here.  Keep your guard up and eyes open for more 
evidence of a military cover up.  And Be Careful.  I can't tell you 
anymore I've risked too much already.

17.

Name: The Bomb

Specific Location: You will run into this one if you stay on the middle 
half pipe and head over to the Challenge Com Link that has the "Special 
Delivery" Challenge.

Difficulty: 1.5/5

Introduction: Felix is a regular around this pipe.  He's reportedly 
found a bomb in the area. Make sure you acquire it before you get back 
to the slopes.

Goal: Pick up the second bomb.

Hint: Follow Felix to the railslidable Missile.

Pass: Good another piece to the puzzle.  Keep focused, we're all 
depending on ya.

Fail: This bomb won't go undetected by chief's forces forever.  Make 
sure you're the one who finds it first.

Point Amount: N/A

I chose 1.5/5 for the difficulty because if you don't know where it is 
then you will get ahead of it and completely miss the rail.  All you 
have to do is follow him if you fall behind, don't worry, just follow 
the trail he leaves behind.  If you get ahead just stop and he'll come.  
As for the bomb itself it is on one of the missiles sticking out of the 
ground.  Keep your eyes open and after you come out of the enclosed 
area go a ways more and you should see it. Just line your self up on it
and jib straight to the bomb.

18.

Name: Half Pipe Hero

Specific Location: After you come out of the wooden tube with a golden 
flashing money symbol it is right in front of you.

Difficulty: .5/5

Introduction: I can not emphasize enough the importance of you learning 
to ride this halfpipe.  Pull off 10 tricks in the halfpipe to prove you 
can hack it.

Goal: Successfully perform 10 tricks in a half pipe

Hint: Collect the Half Pipe trick icons to make this easier.

Pass: Ok so you can handle yourself in this man-made half pipe.  How 
will you fare in Mt. Garricks other half pipe.

Fail: You need to be able to handle this down to earth pipe.  It is 
nothing compared to what you'll deal with later.

Point Amount: 60,000

This one is so simple I probably shouldn't even write this but I will.  
All you need to do is do 10 tricks that can be any type of trick, jibs, 
grabs, flips, hand plants, special tricks it doesn't matter just get 
some air and do a trick.  Do it ten times get 60,000 points simple as 
that.


19.

Name: Hand It Over

Specific Location: Follow the "To Halfpipe" sign, through the wooden 
structure.

Difficulty: 3.5/5

Introduction: time to work on some more technical skills in the pipe.  
Do both hand plants before the hangar.

Goal: Perform frontside and backside hand plants.

Hint: Press the hand plant button at the pipe lip to do a hand plant.

Pass: All these skills will be put to use later.  Now give yourself a 
hand.

Fail: I got to hand it to ya, wait no I don't, try again.

Point Amount: 60,000

I chose 3.5 for this challenge difficulty because you have to time your 
tricks just right.  The time to do it is when you are going a little 
bit slow but not real real slow.  Go up one of the sides and when you 
near the top press down for a backside and up and B for a frontside hand 
plant and down and B for a backside hand plant.  Do each trick before 
the hangar (the wooden building) to complete it.  This one took me 
millions of tries before I got the timing right.  So if you fail don't 
feel bad just go try again.

20.

Name: Special Delivery

Specific Location: Inside the hangar.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: Nothing shows the Chief up better than some sassy tricks-
especially when they are performed somewhere out of bounds.  Like the 
pipe. 

Complete 6 halfpipe special tricks just to rub it in.

Goal: Successfully perform 6 halfpipe Special Tricks.  (Repeat tricks 
count.)

Hint: Collect halfpipe trick icons to complete the challenge.
Pass: Confidence in familiar areas is good.  Lets hope it translates to 
more alien confines.

Fail: That's ok no one noticed you that time.

Point Amount: 150,000

This one is easier than it sounds.  For the life of me I cannot figure 
out why they gave this such a high point value.  On the other hand is 
the walkthrough though.  Go to your special trick sub-screen press 
right and learn the three special tricks well.  If you do not have them 
refer to section four.  Just get some air and do a halfpipe special trick 
and land successfully six times to complete this one.  I did five of the 
tricks in the hangar alone.


21.

Name: Slow Patrol

Specific Location: When you go to "Pipe Line" take the right path then 
stay left.  It is the first Challenge Com Link

Difficulty:  1/5

Introduction: Have you met the Slow Patrol yet?  Maybe it's time to get
acquainted.  Go give all three of them a shot of snowboarding culture 
right up the...

Goal: Knock down all 3 members of the Slow Patrol

Hint: Just run into them.  They fall quite easily.

Pass: The chief is going to be miffed at this.  But you made your 
point.  Chief and his rules were made to be broken.

Fail: Slooooooow Patroooool you couldn't knock down the Sloooow 
Patrooooool?

Point Amount: 140,000

You see those three people in front of you?  What you need to do is 
chase them down and run into all three of them.  This is one of my 
favorites.  Simply because the tables are turned and also because you 
can cause chaos.  Well have fun knocking the buckwheat's down!

22.

Name: Cold Hard Steel

Specific Location: Take the left path when you load "Function Junction" 
it is the first Challenge

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: Certain installations are only accessible with some rail-
to-rail mobility.  Do 6 rail-to-rail combos to prove you'll be able to 
make the grade.

Goal: Successfully perform 6 rail-to-rail combos.

Hint: Jump off one rail and use the rail button to stick to the next.

Pass: Being skillful can get you places and into places.

Fail: You'll get nowhere if you can't ride the rails around here.

Point Amount: 80,000

This one is almost painstakingly the same as "Technical Wizardry" the 
twelve rails I use are located here:

* To the right after you come out.

* After that there is a large cluster of rails that if you are lucky 
  you can do four combos but definitely three.  What you do is get on one 
  rail jib it to the end ollie to the next ollie off stop get back on the
  rail you just got off andrepeat to the end.

* Then after those down the mountain some more is another huge cluster.  
  Have a heyday!

Name: The Secret Combination

Specific Location: On the "Terrain Park" path it is the second 
Challenge Com Link

Difficulty: 3/5

Introduction: Perform a 3X, 4X, and 5X in succession before the park 
exit to prove your ability to crack codes.

Goal: Perform 3X, 4X, and 5X combos in order.

Hint: The only way to complete this challenge is to use rails.

Pass: We know chief is hiding something up here.  And we're sure you 
can crack through his defenses.

Fail: The chief is smart, you need to be smarter.
Point Amount: 120,000

This one I will tell you the best place to get each one make sure you 
don't go over on these because then you will fail.

3X: After the Challenge Com link use the ramp jib on the first red 
    object ollie on the next one and jib and when you leave do A trick to 
    get a 3X combo.

4X: You know where the cluster of rails is?  There you go just make 
    sure not to go over.

5X: The second cluster is your ticket just stay on until you have a 4X 
    combo jump off and spin to get your 5X combo.

Name: Technical Wizardry

Specific Location: Same location as challenge 22

Difficulty: 3/5

Introduction: Master the terrain park.  Perform 10 combos before the 
end of the park.  Keep in mind you're being watched.  A good thing if 
you succeed.

Goal: Successfully perform 10 combos.

Hint: Combos are performed by linking to and from a rail.

Pass: Word has it the chief knows of your skills... and he's worried.  
Good Work.

Fail: Yes I know.  If it were easy everyone could do it.

Point Amount: 80,000

This one will take some practice before you pass.  Here are the ten 
rails I use to get the 10 combos needed for me to pass.

1. Go to the right side and you will see a rail on top of some snow.  
   Use the ramp to get up there then do a trick and jib the rail to get 
   a combo.

2. After that one is another doing the same.

3. Then to your extreme right is a set of three rails do a trick then 
   jib to get your third combo.

4. After that is a hill that ends with two rails.  I am sure you know 
   what to do.

5. Over the hill is a jump followed by two red things you can get two 
   combos on.  What you do is use the ramp do a spin jib. First combo.

6. Then between the two is some snow go down there and stop.  Then 
   jump on to the next red object jib then do a trick off of it. Second 
   combo.  I rarely ever am able to do this but you can try.

7. After that there is a cluster of rails.  Do a trick onto one of the 
   straight rails. Then get off and spin.

8. Then the next two rails curve outward. Do the same as the other 
   rails.

9. Then the next two curve inward you know what to do... right?

10. Then after the "no Snowboarding Sign" on the left is a large 
    cluster of rails. There you go.

Name: Combine And Conquer

Specific Location: Same location as challenge 23

Difficulty:  3.75/5

Introduction: Time to up the ante.  Prove you're worth and you'll be 
worth more.  Perform 2 combos involving a special trick.

Goal: Successfully perform 2 combos involving a special trick.

Hint: Use the rails for best results.

Pass: You keep proving yourself worthy.  You must be the chosen one.

Fail: Dig deep, find your skills, we need you.

Point Amount: 120,000

This one is actually difficult the reason it is difficult is that the 
rails the give you in the area you have to perform in do not give you 
much air.  Another reason is the good rails are near the end so you 
HAVE to get them to be successful.  The two rails I use and only use 
are these ones:

=On the hill with the yellow arrow on the right side is three rail, 
 kind of in a row get your combo on the first two then your special 
 trick after leaving the last rail.  I would advise a High Kick...

=On the right side of the first cluster of rails is a long rail that 
 kicks up at the end then there is another rail you land on get your 
 combo there.  Wait to land on the next rail and get you special trick.  
 I advise High Kick again.

26.

Name: The Streak

Specific Location: On the left path of Function Junction it is the 
second Challenge Com Link

Difficulty: 2.8/5

Introduction: Cover some serious turf in style.  Pull off an 8X combo.  
Just to prove you can.

Goal: Successfully perform one 8x combo.

Hint: Connect as many rails in a row as you can.

Pass: That was serious.  We're impressed.

Fail: Not this time, keep it up.

Point Amount: 150,000

I hope you have a great snowboard and love jibbing.  Because you will 
need both to just complete this.  The easiest way to do this is to 
snow plow right after you get started and do a grab onto the first 
straight rail to get a 2X combo.  While on that rail ollie and jib a 
couple times on the same rail to boost your combo.  Ollie onto the next 
rail doing a grab to get your combo times up one more.   Ollie to the 
next doing the same until you got an 8X combo.  Basicallywhat I am 
saying is do a grab between rails and if the rail turns just jib and do 
manuals. If it is straight ollie then jib.

27.

Name: Like Sister, Like Brother

Specific Location: Take the "To Ski Jump" path and keep on the main 
path it is the first Challenge Com Link.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: Hanz is still running around bad-mouthing you.  Go take 
his milk money.

Goal: Find and approach Hanz.

Hint: Quick.  Hanz is just standing around.

Pass: Angry sister alert.  Get out of there.

Fail: Your alpine flower is hidden beneath the snow. Try again.

Point Amount: N/A

Go to the right through the electric fence and jib on the rail jump the 
jib on the other one and just go forward some more.  Simple as pie I'd 
say.  But doing this will make his sister Rachel mad and you will have 
to outrun her.

28.

Name: Olympic Ski Jump

Specific Location: It is the second Challenge Com Link on the Ski Jump 
side.

Difficulty: .75/5

Introduction: There have been reports of an old ski jump.  Being used 
to launch test vehicles.  Find this launching pad and check it out.

Goal: Locate and reach the Olympic Ski Jump

Hint: Follow the Ski Jump signs.

Pass: There it is, why is chief so intent on keeping you away from 
here.  What kinds of vehicles are being worked on up here.

Fail: my sources are tight.  It's around there somewhere try again.

Point Amount: N/A

Sometimes I wish that they put a little bit more effort into the 
challenges of this game.  Anyway onto the walkthrough. The hint says
follow the ski jump signs.  But there is only one and that is at
almost the ending.  So instead follow the danger and stay out signs.  
The path to it is on the left side after the goo gap.

29.

Name: Opening Ceremonies

Specific Location: After challenge 28 keep going and you will see it.

Difficulty:  2/5

Introduction: Mt. Garrick was going to be the sight of a winter 
Olympics until the military... Well anyway... do a 1620 with a grab off 
the ski jump as your own opening ceremonies.

Goal: Successfully perform a 1620 with a grab.

Hint: Move left or right after you release the jump button.

Pass: You've opened some eyes yet again.  Good work.

Fail: You can't cut it here.

Point Amount: 60,00
Go to the fence and jump to get onto the ski jump. Then hold down A and
forward.  When you get to the end let go of A and do a mute/method grab 
and hold left/right until you meet or break 1620 degrees then let go 
and line up your landing.  I've gotten 1980 before.  What is your highest?

30.

Name: Heels Over Head

Specific Location: Same as challenge 29, 31, 32

Difficulty:  2.5/5

Introduction: Time for self imposed astronaut training. Prove you can 
right yourself after performing a triple flip.

Goal: Land three flips in one jump.

Hint: Move up or down to flip after releasing the jump button.

Pass: You just might be ready for some extra terrestrial work.

Difficulty:  3/5

Introduction: Perform 4 grabs before landing.  If you can pull this off 
I swear I'll eat a cow.

Goal: Land 4 grabs in one jump.

Hint: if this is too hard try it again with a better board.

Pass: I'll just have the soup and green salad.  Oh and can you bring a 
cow with that.

Fail: You saved a cow.  And saved me from eating that cow.

Point Amount: 120,000

By this time you should have enough points to get the best snowboard if 
not get 2 million points and get the board.  On this one you want to 
pull the tricks off quickly.  I recommend doing the Indy, Method, Mute, 
and Tail Grabs.

Name: Tonight's Specials

Specific Location: Same as challenge 29, 30, 31

Difficulty:  3.5/5

Introduction: Do 2 special tricks before landing. Just for the hell of 
it.

Goal: Land 2 special tricks in one landing.

Hint: Check your available Special tricks in the Pause Menu.

Pass: Nice, stylish, you are special.

Fail: I'm sorry but we're all out of special's tonight.

Point Amount: 140,000

Go to the fence and jump to get onto the ski jump. Then hold down A and
forward.  When you get to the end let go of A.  Then do any 2 of the 
special tricks before hitting the ground.  I advise doing two of them 
that do not take long to complete.  Some examples are: High Kick, Back 
Flip 180 Tail Grab, Front Flip 720 Method etc...

One of the many things in life that I have learned is never piss off a 
freak.  And Rachel is no different.  I guess her and her preppy brother 
are real close and when you knocked him down she hates you with a 
goal to kill you.  As with all other chases simply use your speed and 
evasion to outrun her and you'll finish rather quickly.  Something that 
is not good for you though is she has a fast snowboard that will even 
make the prototype MG look only a little fast so you WILL need to stay 
on your toes.

really wants a piece of you now.  This is your chance to find out what 
he's hiding.  Make sure you don't underestimate his influence around

Name: Ski Patrol Chief

Specific Location: After you come out of the Summit gate you'll get 
this.  Getting four of the five bomb pieces triggers this one.

Difficulty: 4/5

Introduction: The Chief's superiors are not pleased that you've gotten 
this far.  The stakes are too high to let you keep running around 
digging up secrets.  So he's heading to the Base to order your 
termination.  Beat the Chief.

Goal: Reach the bottom of the mountain before the Chief does.

Hint: Slow the Chief down by knocking him over.

Pass: I knew you'd crack him but where did he go?  Let's not probe that
question any longer.  Time to check out the backcountry.

Fail: You were so close to blowing the lid off of this conspiracy.  
Don't give up now.

Point Amount: 500,000

This one is my favorite challenge that has someone chasing someone.  
The reason being is because it is a challenge but it is not instant 
failure if you fall behind.   This one is way to long for me to give 
you
a step-by-step so I'll just give you a couple of pointers:

* Make sure you have the fastest board.

* Hold forward and A, it makes you go faster.

* When jumping a gap hold forward and A and then let go of both when 
  you are at the lip of the jump.

* Knock Chief down by sideswiping him from the front left/right side.

* Get to know the land so you know where everything is.

* Try not to do anything fancy.

* NEVER give up.

35.

Name: Skiers Only!?

Specific Location: First Challenge Com Link on "To Forest" trail.

Difficulty:  1/5

Introduction: The chief still thinks he can keep snowboarders off the 
mountain.  Time to send another message.  Break 5 "No Boarding" signs.

Goal: Destroy five "No boarding Allowed" signs.

Hint: Be careful, some signs hide dangerous holes.

Pass: That showed him.  Destruction is a great way of communication.  I 
liked that.

Fail: You're letting the Chief get his way that is bad for the 
snowboarding community, I urge you to try again.

Point Amount: 40,000

Introduction: Sam's been keeping an eye on the forest, and has spotted 
another bomb.  Follow her trail and scoop up anther trump card to use 
against the Chief and his cronies.

Goal: Pick up the bomb.

Hint: Follow Sam to the railslide.

Pass: The balance of power is shifting.  Security is on high alert stay 
on your toes.

Fail: Don't fail us now, it's buried in this forest.  I know it.

Point Amount: N/A

This one makes me wish that they didn't rush this game to get it on the 
market.  If only they put a little more time in it you know?  Well 
simply follow Sam's trail past the gap with the trees up the hill to 
the red pole with the bomb on top of it.  Simple as pie, you agree?

37.

Name:  Feed The Bear

Specific Location: Third Challenge Com Link on the "To Forest" trail.

Difficulty:  1.5/5

Introduction: Forest Ranger Dick. My reports say he used to be  
O'Leary's right hand man.  Didn't agree with the military build up on 
the mountain though, so the Chief gave him the boot.  See if you can 
coax some information out of him. We hear he's working near the bear 
cave.

Goal: Find and reach the bear cave.

Hint: follow Ranger Dick's warning signs to the bear cave.

Pass: Guess he's not ready to side with you just yet.  Get out of 
there.

Fail: N/A

Point Amount: N/A

This just might be my favorite one.  Probably because of the cut-scene, 
it is just hilarious.  Well I digress... to find the cave go forward 
and when ever you come to a fork take the right path.  Also if you 
follow the signs with the word 'bear' on them you'll be led straight to 
this one.  I do not advise trying to jump the large gaps in the area 
because if you wipe out then you are almost guaranteed to fail.  When 
you complete it within the time limit you'll be treated to a rather 
amusing cut-scene that will lead you into the next part... Outrunning 
Forest Ranger Dick.  He is not an easy person to outrun.  The best way 
to outrun him in my opinion is weave back and forth between obstacles 
if you are able to do that and hope he hits one to gain a couple of 
seconds.  Or just find a nice path you like and use speed to outrun 
him.  The last part of the chase will have you going through trees so 
practice your slaloming skills.  At the end of the chase is a huge jump 
with a Special Trick Icon in the air (Heart Attack).  When you complete 
this one it is a great way to celebrate to grab that one right as you lose 
him.

38.

Name: Daredevil

Specific Location: Second Challenge Com Link on the "To Forest" trail.

Difficulty:  2/5

Introduction: Helicopters aren't just for tourists up here.  Jump that
surveillance copter and give chief a scare.

Goal: Jump over a landed helicopter.

Hint: Watch for the helicopter and remember timing is critical.

Pass: Your don't give a care attitude is ruffling a lot of feathers 
around here, keep it up.

Fail: That wont cut it but it might get you cut.

Point Amount: 80,000

This is yet another one of my favorite challenges.  Not only because 
you get to do something many would never think of but also because you 
can really rub it into the Chief if you do an awesome special trick 
over it.  My personal favorite is flip catch.  Well to get the chopper 
stay on the left side and keep left at the first and second fork.  Then 
go through the warning sign hold A and forward and when you get to the 
lip of the jump let go of A and do your favorite special trick.

39.

Name: Lose The Tails

Specific Location: After the challenge where Len showed you a bomb 
follow the yellow dots on the snow.

Difficulty: 3.5/5

Introduction: N/A

Goal: N/A

Hint: N/A

Pass: Good work, stay on your toes, you're getting close.

Fail: N/A

Point Amount: N/A

This one is the second most annoying chase you'll have.  It is annoying 
because while it takes you forever to recover after a wipeout it takes 
them not even a second.  This one is a little long.  There are two gaps 
that you'll need to take the jump at an angle and land on the stone 
pillars and jib to the end of the gap.  It will take you a couple of 
tries.  The first gap you need to jump to the left and the second one 
you need to jump to the right.  In a few instances in the chase there 
will be a time where you can jump a gap or go around.  Do what makes 
you comfortable.  This one probably will take you several tries to
finish, when you get frustrated turn the game off and try later.

*NOTE* there is a special trick icon after the first gap you need to 
jib across.

40.

Name: The Big Gun

Specific Location: Take the "To Big Gun" path and when you have the 
option of going right to a Challenge Com Link or left go right and you 
will run into this one.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: The official use of the old World War II artillery gun is 
for avalanche control.  Go find it and use it unofficially to take out 
the security measures that guard the Chief's headquarters.

Goal: Locate and reach the big gun.

Hint: Follow the "To Big Gun" Signs

Pass: You did it!  Now get out of there!

Fail: OK; now I hear the Chiefs going to use that for snowboarding 
control.  Would you like to try that one again?

Point Amount: N/A

This one is one of those that you'll pass with ease unless you cannot 
transfer your jibs.  If you can not I recommend practicing them right 
now.  Go right following the sign then jib along the blue pole 
transferring to the other.  That ends your first set of poles you need 
to transfer to.  Immediately getting off of that one go to the next and
jib on that one following that and transferring when necessary.  Do 
this a couple of times and you are now going to have to out run an 
avalanche!

*NOTE* If you do not feel like jibbing simply follow the poles on the 
ground and with enough speed you can get up the hill to the artillery 
gun.

41.

Name: The Avalanche

Specific Location: Pass "The Big Gun" challenge to get this one.

Difficulty: 1/5

Introduction: N/A

Goal: N/A

Hint: N/A

Pass: Whew that was hairy.  Speaking of O'Leary he's going to be miffed 
at this little incident.  The headquarters are exposed.  Good work.

Fail: At least you're alive.  It would be all over without you around.

Point Amount: N/A

By shooting the artillery guns projectile you created an avalanche and 
in consequence of that you must now outrun the avalanche. To out run 
the avalanche, treat it as if anyone else was chasing you.  Use speed and 
be careful while attempting tricks.  This one is one of the chases that 
it is easier to complete if you have a walkthrough.  There are a number 
of large gaps you need to jump.  The first and second ones only require 
speed and timing.  But the third requires you to take the jump at an 
angle and jib on the stone pillar across.  The fourth require you to do 
the same but jib on the right.  Luckily on this one you can wipe out a 
couple of times and still pass.

42.

Name: The Bomb

Specific Location: Take the "To Big Gun" path and when you have the 
option of going right to a Challenge Com Link or left, go left and you 
will run into this one.

Difficulty: 1/5

Introduction: Len has had his share of battles with the Chief up here 
in the high alpine snow. I hear their last scuffles uncovered yet 
another 
bomb.  Let Len show you the way.

Goal: Pick up another bomb.

Hint: Follow Len to the Bomb

Pass: You are so close now, I am starting to think we can win.

Fail: N/A

Point Amount: N/A

Follow Len's trail as closely as possible, if you lose him don't worry 
he leaves a red trail.  The bomb is in plain sight right before a track 
that has hills (none of them are good enough to get any air though on) 
and rails are  on the side, you can get a really great combo with the 
long wavy rails though.

43.

Name: Apocalypse Cow!

Specific Location: Get through the alien halfpipe and you will be given 
it automatically.

Difficulty:  .25/5

Introduction: An alien spacecraft was tracked to this site by the 
military and they have been trying to keep it a secret.  What they 
didn't plan on was the fact that the aliens who landed here have 
controlled the minds of cow and are unleashing them on the world. 
Take care of this before a bovine hell is unleashed on us all!

Goal: N/A

Hint: Knock down 10 cows to complete this challenge.

Pass: You are golden.

Fail: N/A

Point Amount: N/A

This challenge is a little far-fetched in reality but what the hey.  
You only need to smash into 10 cows and they are littered everywhere so 
this one is rather easy in my opinion.  Anyway here are the locations 
of 10+ cows:

1. If you jib up the pole into the fenced off are there is one in the 
   end.

2. One before the goo gap you must jib across.

3. One after the goo gap.

4. On the left side of the path after the third one.

5. On the right side of the path after the third one.

*NOTE* you can get those two at once... snowplow.

6. At the fork take the left path and it is to the left of the red 
   warning sign.

7. Stay left and it is in front of a jump.

8. Out in the open after the goo gap you jumped.

9. On the right side of the path.

10. Take a right at the fork, out in the open.

*NOTE* If you took lefts at some forks and rights at others then the 
cows will be in different locations and most of them are out in the 
open so I will not list additional ones.

44.

Name: Do Not Enter

Specific Location: You get this one as you come out of the Helidrop 
gate.

Difficulty: 2/5

Introduction: You know they're here. It's time to find out what all of 
these experiments have been about.  Find the military operations 
top-secret project.  Prove all you're training wasn't a waste.

Goal: Find the secret entrance.

Hint: Don't let the ski patrol catch you

Pass: You've reached the alien halfpipe!  Reach for the stars.

Fail: N/A

Point Amount: N/A

This one could be one of your easiest ones or one of your hardest ones.  
The reason being is that first you need to be good at jumping large 
gaps.  And second you need to be able to be slick.  If you are good at 
both of those things then you will pass with ease.  The entrance you are 
looking for is something that looks like a Challenge Com Link but is blue 
mixed with static in the middle (I will call it the "entrance" for ease 
though).  To get to the "entrance" stay on the right path past the first 
two gaps. After that go to the extreme right side of the screen and keep 
going.  You will eventually get to an area that has a jump with a huge dip 
in  the ground.  Now get on the right most part of the screen and keep 
going through the snow and over the gap to your "entrance".

45.

Name: The Bomb: Finale

Specific Location: After the section of the highway, stay on the right 
side and you will see a wooden wall with a hole in it kind of like the
one in the first bomb challenge just stay on the path.

Difficulty:  0/5

Introduction: Keep your eyes open.  Reports indicate bomb dead ahead.

Goal: Pick up the last bomb.

Hint: Hank may help you this time.

Pass: THAT'S IT YOU HAVE ALL THE FIRE PWOWER YOU NEED.  It's time to 
find the headquarters and give it what it needs.

Fail: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU MISSED IT.  Maybe aliens distracted you try 
again.

Point Amount: N/A

You can tell they put no effort into this one.  All you need to do is 
not worry about Hank but stay on the path and go straight to the bomb.  
Seriously sometimes I hate it when a game is rushed.

Name: Storm The HQ

Specific Location: After the 45th challenge stay on the path.

Difficulty: 6/5

Introduction: You have the bomb.  You have the means.  Infiltrate the 
HQ, plant, run and end this madness.

Goal: Reach the end of the HQ.

Hint: Practice your railsliding abilities!!

Pass: Congratulations young warrior.  You did it.  You blew his 
operations off and saved the world. Now get off your @$$ and go 
outside, or... uh... go play with one of your five new heroes. 
Peace, out. 

*NOTE* To hear this you  must wait until after the credits and the main 
menu is back on the screen.

This one is the hardest one in the entire game.  The reason for that 
fact is that you have to time your jumps exactly and if you misjudge 
one you'll probably fail.  This challenge WILL take you several tries 
to complete it.  One nice thing about it is, after you get past the goo 
pit part if you fail you start after the pit on the path.  So I will 
break this into two parts and many steps.

*Part I*

=Step I: Go up the jump and jib on that rail than transfer to the next 
 until you are back on the ground.

=Step II: Follow the dotted lines and jump the three gaps doing no 
 tricks or anything because you may wipe and fail.

=Step III: Follow that dotted line and jump in the direction it is 
 pointing to and jib on that construction material.

=Step IV: Follow that dotted line and jib onto the first weapon then 
 continue to transfer onto the next until completion best not to try to
 jump to soon as you will fall short or too late and over jump the 
 weapon.

*Part II*

=Step I: Follow your favorite dotted line and jib onto those I-Beams to 
 the next hill.

=Step II: Jump at an angle and jib onto those I-Beams.

=Step III: Now you have a choice of going left or right.  If you go 
 left see R if you go left see L.

=Step I: Slow down by a snowplow so you can see the pole on the right 
 side of the hill.

=Step II: Jib that rail and transfer to the white one and continue 
 transferring until you get back on land.

=Step III Stay on that path and enjoy the poor pathetic ending.

=Step II: Jib onto the white rail and continue transferring until you

About the Author:

I live in North Carolina at a mobile home park called Leisure Living 
Estates.  The parks layout and overall look is nice but of course there 
is always the black eye of community.  The black eye of this community 
is the Marijuana smoking inhabitants around as well as the people that 
litter.  Unfortunately I can do little about the drug problem because 
cops are lazy and will only confiscate them.  However I can do 
something about the trash.  One day I was walking around and picked up 
some trash on my street.  (I have done this for years, being the 
namesake of one of my nicknames "pockets".)  I guess the owner saw me, 
and the next day I was offered the job of cleaning up the trash, in 
return I would get one hundred dollars off of my Mothers rent.  The 
best part is that it is easy and I get to drive a modified golf-cart 
around.  I love that mule for obvious reasons.  (Me plus machine equals 
fun.)  I am a junior at West over high School and I am currently 
enrolled in the Army JROTC, my rank is an E-4 and my position is Team 
Leader.  I do not know why but I love to write anything poetry, 
stories, walk-through unless it is for school.  Even if it is for 
school I am done in maybe twenty minutes for essays.  After I finish 
school I plan to go into the Army and make a career out of it.  
 
My immediate family includes my Mother Susan (whom I reside with) her

Unfortunately as we all know all things must come to an end.  Yes I 
know the phrase goes: all things must come to an end, but who said this 
was good?  Hopefully it will be sufficient to be posted on 
www.gamefaqs.com, as well as help those that read this guide.  Lord 
knows that I have put my time, hard work and sweat into this guide.
