Once again it's up to you to save the world!
Square of Japan has done it again! Bringing top qualityRPG's. No matter which platform, they always make greatproducts.
The story is set in the present, and you, the hero need tosave the world from eternal flooding, whack many monsters, and save the girl:)You have been sent from the future, by the "Elder", to prevent the flooding,by venture back and forth through time, something like in Chrono Thrigger. And set the wrong things right and be the hero of the day. As usual the story inthe Final Fantasy series contains humour, intrigue, and the death of the favoritegirl, which makes the player to play the game further, to get the bad-guy in theend and make justice.
The game is very great, for being on the Game Boy platform. The difficulty ranges both from easy to hard.. And the control is very easy to master.
The sound and graphics are also quite good. Because the grayscale is greatly composed.
Replay and playability: Usually RPG's are only meant to played once because ofthe size of the RPG, it takes some time finish them, but as always: It ranges fromperson to person if you want to play the game all over again. As for me I've finished the game once, and still playing the game.
It's a great game!Is it worth buying/renting?: For a while ago this game was very hard to find and was quite expensive. But after Square sold the rights for the game to Sunsoft/Hudson Soft the game became more accesible and at better prize. This is a must-get for the RPGamer who wants to complete their library of golden-oldies.
Rating: 4.0 - Great
