On the main game page there's a screenshot of the lower game screen showing four capsule slots. The Darkstar walkthrough only mentions two slot upgrades, and I've been everywhere except for the Sewers. So can someone tell me if there is a third upgrade and will I find it there?

Bulma gives you one in Capsule Corp.
The second one is in a chest after defeating the boss Sand Eagle in the Desert when you search the dragon balls.

There are only 2 upgrades - you start with 2 slots, and unlock 2 more for a total of 4.
What the Darkstar walkthough doesn't mention is that you can get the Capsule from Bulma a LOT earlier in the game by visiting her at Capsule Corp pretty much as soon as you get access to West City (During the Bansho Fan arc, IIRC) but after that she leaves Capsule Corp until End-Game
