What is the difference between magical might and magic mending?(

  1. I just started the game today and I'm unsure of what the two categories do... Also which one is more suited for a priest and which is more suited for a mage?

  1. Simply put...

Magical might increases the attack value of most offensive (damage) spells and spell-like skills. This is more suited to offensive magic-type characters, particularly mages as well as sages.

Magical mending increases the healing value of most recovery spells and skills. This is more suited to support-type characters, particularly priests as well as sages or anyone else who has at least one healing spell.

It takes quite a bit to notice a difference, but there is a large difference once you get into the higher amounts (the maximum being 999). However, most spells and skills have a cap on just how much extra damage or healing they can do.
