Reading Japanese is hard, so I prepared this basic translation/guide to the
J-ADVENTURE missions and also the extra goals for 100% completion. My goal
is to have an ultra-quick, concise, easy-to-nagivate and absolutely correct
guide for those who don't know a single word of Japanese. Any corrections
are appreciated. If you want to use any content from this FAQ, well, knock
yourself out. The nice thing to do would be to give credit where credit is
due, though. Have fun!

GOAL EXPLANATIONS:
------------------

Some areas have additional goals, and you get goodies if you complete them.
You can see a list of the the goals before and after you play the area. If
you complete a goal, you get a round stamp next to it on the list. If you
fail a goal, you get an 'X'. Goals are invisible on the list if have not
completed it or the one before it (so you can see them if you complete them
in sequence - you can complete them and get credit for it even if you can't
see it on the list). You get a crown on the map if you complete all the
goals.

BATTLE CHARACTER TYPES:
There are 'laughter', 'mind', and 'power' type characters. Some goals
require you to use a specific kind. You can tell which type a character is
by looking at the stats of the BATTLE character panels in deck edit mode.
For example, NARUTO and LUFFY are 'power' type characters.
NAMI, SASUKE, and SAKURA are 'mind' type characters.
DON PACCHI is a 'laughter' type character.

SUPER TAG MOVES:
Some goals require you to perform SUPER TAG moves. If you collect all three
of the brightly colored kanji panels (marked by the JUMP PIRATE on the deck
creation screen) you can link certain pairs of Battle characters that can
launch a tag team move when the kanji panels are touched.

OH NO, HOW DO I MAKE A DECK? I AM NOT GOOD WITH MANGA!:
You need a combination of BATTLE, SUPPORT, and HELP panels. That is, at
least one of each.
BATTLE characters are the main fighting ones. They're color coded red in
the deck construction screens.
SUPPORT characters hop in for an attack or assist of some sort. They're
color coded green.
HELP characters are the single-sized tiny panels. They give a little stat
boost of some sort.
You'll notice you get panels with no characters in them, but with empty
'slots' in them. You need to figure out which specific character goes in
each one. I suppose you'll need to match characters with what they'd
probably say (fat chance being an English speaker, huh?), judge which
character it is by the silhouette, or use trial and error. If you look at
the premade decks and in the manual, there are quite a few you can spot for
yourself. If they have two or three slots, well, you'll need to put in
two or three characters. Quite a few of them are Bobo-bo and his buddies,
Trunks and Goten, Piccolo and the other Nameks, and one is Luffy and the
afro.

deck. Get enough points before the time runs out to clear the stage!

4. Clear by only using combination attacks (this is tricky, try using ONLY
Luffy+Jotaro's SUPER TAG)
5. Clear by ONLY ring-out KO'ing your opponent

Avoid being hit by your opponent and bomb blasts until time expires to
clear the stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Use the X BUTTON at least 3 times and clear

Get a point for each piece of fruit collected from item boxes! Get enough
points before the time runs out to clear the stage!

3. Clear before 40 count

[Get KO points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you lose any of your
deck. Be the one with the most points at the end to clear the stage!

Get 1 point for each coin taken from item boxes! Collect many more coins
than your opponent to clear the stage!

2. Clear without using the Y BUTTON
3. Clear without using the B BUTTON
4. Clear with over 8 points above your opponent

DESERT 1-2
[Get KO Points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you are defeated! Be
the one with the most points at the end of the time limit to clear the
stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear with over half life
3. Clear with full life (Only the character on screen needs to have full
life, so an easy way to do this is just switch at the end)
4. Land over 20 hits with the B BUTTON and clear

DESERT 1-3
[KO that guy!]
KO player 2 to clear! A reversal KO before time up is a MISS! Being KO'd by
player 2 means you can't clear, so use caution!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear before 30 count
3. Clear before 40 count
4. Clear with over 30 hits with the X BUTTON
5. Clear with over 10 hits with SUPPORT attacks.

DESERT 1-4
[Get KO Points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you are defeated! Be
the one with the most points at the end of the time limit to clear the
stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear with over 20 hits from the B BUTTON
3. Clear with over 20 hits from the Y BUTTON
4. Defeat all opponents once with a ring out KO and clear
5. Defeat all opponents three times with a ring out KO and clear

DESERT 1-5
[KO all opponents!]
Defeat every opponent to clear the stage! If one character in your deck is
KO'd before the time runs out, it's a miss!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear before 30 count
3. Clear before 40 count
4. Use DREAM COMBO over 5 times and clear
5. Use support characters over 5 times and clear

DESERT 1-6
[Get KO Points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you are defeated! Be
the one with the most points at the end of the time limit to clear the
stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Get over 10 hits with a support character
3. Win without getting KO'd
4. Clear with over 30 hits with the X BUTTON
5. Clear and defeat each opponent more than once

DESERT 1-7
[Destroy lots of barrels!]
Get a point for every barrel destroyed! Destroy more than your opponent to
clear the stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear without receiving damage
3. Clear with over 10 points
4. Clear without letting your opponent score five points

DESERT 1-8
[Get KO Points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you are defeated! Be
the one with the most points at the end of the time limit to clear the
stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Win without being ring-out KO'd once
3. Defeat each opponent with at least one ring out KO and win
4. Win without being KO'd once

DESERT 1-9
[Get lots of KOs!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you lose any of your
deck. Get enough points before the time runs out to clear the stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear with a deck that has no 4-square-sized BATTLE characters
3. Clear with a deck that has no 5-square-sized BATTLE characters
4. Clear with a deck of at least 12.
5. Clear with at least 10 HELP COMMAND characters in your deck.

DESERT 1-10
[Avoid attacks!]
Avoid being hit by your opponent and bomb blasts until time expires to
clear the stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Use the X BUTTON at least three times and clear
3. Get at least 10 hits with support characters and clear
4. Land at least 30 hits with the X BUTTON and clear
5. Clear without using a double jump

DESERT 1-11

5. Finish with all characters having full life bars

BATTLEGROUND 1-6
[Get KO points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you lose any of your
deck. Whoever has the most points when the time runs out is the winner!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear with at least 3 KO's
3. Clear with over half life bar
4. Clear with a set of 5 support characters in your deck
5. Clear without being KO'd

[KO that guy!]
KO player 2 to clear! A reversal KO before time up is a MISS! Being KO'd by
player 2 means you can't clear, so use caution!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Clear with a set of 'power' type battle characters.
3. Clear without using a double jump
4. Clear before 30 count
5. Clear before 40 count

BATTLEGROUND 1-8
[Get KO points!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you lose any of your
deck. Whoever has the most points when the time runs out is the winner!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Get over 30 hits with the X BUTTON and clear
3. Clear without getting ring-out KO'd
4. Clear without getting KO'd
5. Clear and defeat each opponent at least once

BATTLEGROUND 2-1
[Get lots of KOs!]
KO the opponent to get a point, but lose a point if you are defeated! Be
the one with the most points at the end of the time limit to clear the
stage!
GOALS:
1. Stage clear
2. Ring out at least one of your opponents and clear
3. Get at least 20 hits with SUPER TAG moves and clear
4. Clear using only combination hits 
5. Clear before 30 count

deck. Be the one with the most points when time runs out to clear the
