To see Shift-JIS Japanese correctly, make sure you have Japanese support
installed, then:
Choose the "View" menu in your browser
Choose the "Encoding"/"Character Coding" entry (or similar, depends on
browser)
Find and select "Japanese (Shift-JIS)", you may have to look through a few
sub-menus
Now this FAQ should display Japanese characters correctly.

Once upon a day, suddenly a witch showed up.
She turned Dreamland into a painting.
Kirby was on a stroll when he ran into the witch and tried to stop her.
Poor Kirby was transformed into a ball by the witch's magic.
He's not done rolling yet, but the witch has created many pitfalls.
This is when you get the Magic Paintbrush.
Magic flows from your stylus as soon as soon as it touches the screen.
And so, the adventure to return Dreamland to normal begins.
