Scratch wasn't shown in the pics, I bought it because the body was immaculate.

Are there any repair services for 3DS left? especially one that will be careful to not scratch the body of my system?

It's a N3DS XL, does Nintendo still repair thouse and for how much if so?

email nintendo directly and ask
or check special repair shops online

How scratched is it? If it's not too deep a tempered glass cover may hide some of it with out losing clarity. My wife put a nice scratch on mine while she was playing oot and it drove me nuts. Tempered glass and I can't even see it now.
