I would say it's that the viewing range for seeing in 3D is too narrow to make holding the 3DS in different positions possible.

That now i have to replace my special Nintendogs edition original DS...

I myself am not a fan of 3D anything, though generally that is reserved for people who see 3D movies because they're too lazy to experience it themselves. As for a game system, we'll just have to wait and see.

My worry is whether or not the 3D works/makes me go in an awkward position/gives me headaches.

Other than that, I'm good.

A lack of 2-D games.

I don't want to see the next Castlevania looking like the fugly psp one.

Battery life actually. Just hope 3D effect wont drain it more.

Developers making god-awful watered-down console ports instead of developing to the system's strengths. I'm looking at you Assassin's Creed and Splinter Cell.
