Endings Guide-with as few spoilers as possible

This is my Endings Guide. I hope to make an actual guide someday, but figured this would help a lot of people out. I've done my best to try and figure out what is needed to get each ending and what isn't, so bear with me. There will be directions for the Chapter End that lets you move on to the next chapter, followed by a list of all the wrong ends. These directions just state the KEY events you need to do or not do in order to get a certain ending, so don't always expect the ending right after you do a certain thing. The Wrong Ends usually occur pretty soon after you fulfill the final requirement, if not instantly, but there are a few cases where it takes longer. Well, here we go!

CHAPTER ONE

Chapter End:
-Choose to enter the room you get a choice about entering and read the newspaper in it.
-Escape the shadow in the infirmary.

Wrong End:
-Do not enter the room mentioned above or do but don't read the newspaper.
-Escape the shadow in the infirmary.
-Go about completing the level as normal.

Wrong End:
-Let the shadow in the infirmary kill you.

CHAPTER TWO

Chapter End:

-Do not examine the ghost boy or let him catch you.
-When Ayumi runs away from you, follow her to the entrance area and keep talking to her until she's part of your party again.
-When Ayumi leaves your party in front of the bathroom, try to talk to her, then check out the girl's bathroom.
-Do not read the Victim's Memoirs to their conclusion.

Wrong End:
-Interact with the ghost boy/let him catch you without the Power Crystal in your inventory(if you do have it, it will break, but you can still get this ending afterwards).

Wrong End:
-When Ayumi runs away from you, go about completing the level as normal.
-Return to the classroom you started in and use the nail puller to get into the room there.
-Activate the mechanism, then go to the new area that opens up and activate the other mechanism.

Wrong End:
-When Ayumi leaves your party in front of the bathrooms, go into the stairwell.

Wrong End:
-Read all five of the Victim's Memoirs. Remember, the next one won't appear until you've read the previous one.
-The first one is just outside the room with the ghost boy, on the floor next to the corpse.
-The second one is in the lower-left corner of the entrance area with all the shoes.
-The third one is by the mechanism in the room in back of the classroom you started in.
-The fourth one is in the hallway of the floor with the two bathrooms.
-The fifth one is at the end of the hallway that's outside the classroom you started in.

CHAPTER THREE

Chapter End:
-Do not interact with any of the ghosts or let them catch you.
-Do not read the Victims Memoir's to their conclusion.

Wrong End:
-Do not accept the beads from Yuka.
-Look at the ghost boy directly while passing him.

Wrong End:
-Get caught by the ghost girl.

Wrong End:
-Walk on the green slime in the hallway of the second wing until you die.

Wrong End:
-Read the Victim's Memoirs to their conclusion. Remember, the next one won't appear until you've read the previous one.
-The first one is on the floor of the hall that's just outside the classroom you start in. You have to go through the classroom at the end of the hall to reach it.
-The second one is in the lower-left of the entrance area, which is the place with all the shoes.
-The third one is in the boy's bathroom.
-The fourth one is on the bottom landing of the stairwell of the second wing(you reach it by heading left from the entrance).
-The fifth one is next to the corpse in the room Satoshi finds himself in after waking up.

CHAPTER FOUR

Chapter End:
-Save Naomi.
-After triggering the earthquake, get the item at the north end of the hallway, by the angry spirit.
-Do not interact with the ghosts until you have their bags and make sure to give then the correct one.
-During the time event, retrieve the thing in the pool before draining it.

Wrong End:
-Don't answer the phone.
-Fail to save Naomi(Just leave the room after finding her and go back in).
-Go to the infirmary and talk to the girl there, then leave the room.
-Go back in and talk to her again. It doesn't matter how you answer her, the ending will be the same.

Wrong End(Extra):
-Answer the Phone
-Fail to save Naomi(Just leave the room after finding her and go back in).
-Go to the infirmary and talk to the girl there, then leave the room.
-Go to where the the path to the second wing should be to trigger and earthquake.
-Head to the north area of the hall and pick up the item near the angry spirit.
-Go back to the infirmary and talk to the girl again. It doesn't matter how you answer her.
-Leave the room.

NOTE: You may have to trigger the earthquake to get the girl to appear.

Wrong End:
-Give the wrong bag to the wrong ghost(Yuki is the one without the eye) or let them catch you before that or look the ghost boy in the eyes.

Wrong End:
-Let the timer run out at the pool.

Wrong End:
-Drain the pool during the timed event mentioned above.

CHAPTER FIVE

NOTE: This chapter is the biggest, so it's hard to tell what exactly trigger which ending. Keep that in mind.

Chapter End:
-Don't let Kizami catch Yuka. Go to where you see the ghost to get a key and use it to escape into the other wing. Follow the ghost's lead to get away.
-Have Yoshiki agree to go with Ayumi.
-Avoid the third floor and meeting with Satoshi, Naomi and Yuka until later.
-Read ALL of Naho's notes before you enter the Reference Room(the room by the pentagram upstairs on the third floor). Like with the Victim's Memoirs, you have to read the previous one before the next will appear. The first note is in the entrance area with all the shoes. The second is in the second floor hallway. The third is in the left half of the first floor hallway. The fourth is in the science lab. The fifth is in the classroom Ayumi starts in. After reading them all, go to the Reference Room.
-Once you have the second statue, get both parties to the pentagrams on the third floor to have them meet up.
-As Satoshi, use the statue's to get into the infirmary. Once you regain control, pick up the nearby item.
-Head to the second wing and then go upstairs to the principal's office. Get the item on the desk.
-In the underground area, DO NOT enter the are south of the first save point after you split from Naomi.
-After reuinting with the others, keep going forward and do not try and find Naomi.
-Hand over the plushie and the item you found in the principal's office.
-Chant six times.
-Leave the school via the exit to the second wing before the seventh toll.

Wrong End:
-Do everything for the Chapter End, but fail to exit the school on time.

Wrong End:
-Do everything for the Chapter End, but mess up when giving the items or chanting.

Wrong End:
-Do everything for the Chapter End, but go to that area south of the save point you reach after Naomi seperates from you.

Wrong End:
-Do everything for the Chapter End, but after reuiniting with everyone, go back and look for Naomi. Go back to where you lost her and head down the previously-blocked right hallway.

Wrong End:
-Don't let Kizami catch Yuka.
-Have Yoshiki go with Ayumi.
-Have Ayumi/Yoshiki meet up with Satoshi/Naomi/Yuka without the having read all of Naho's Notes and without the second statue.
-Go about completing level as normal, but don't have Satoshi get the item in the principal's office.

Wrong End:
-Do everything for the Chapter End until you have full control of Ayumi and Yoshiki. Read Naho's first three reports and Kibiki's notes located near on of the save points and south of the science lab. When walking past the lab, something should happen.
-Examine the new addition, and a ghost should open the door.
-Examine the thing covered by the sheet and leave.
-Go back in, read Naho's notes, then try to leave.
-Get caught.

Wrong End:
-Let Kizumi catch Yuka.
-Go about completing the chapter as normal.

Holy crap! well done! after doing all the wrong endings and etc in the game, how'd you find the game? scary? not so?

It was definitely creepy, and I enjoyed it, but I couldn't help feeling unsatisfied at the end. Too much left unexplained, and the True Ending doesn't feel like a victory.

Which endings unlock the extra chapters?

Unfortunately, I'm not certain, with the exception of the ending I marked as with an "Extra". All endings are worth experiencing, though. I do know that the Chapter 8 endings are responsible for unlocking most of the Extra Chapters.

There is a small mistake.
When you talk to the girl, you need to answer "No" to get the Extra End.
If you answered "Yes", you get a Wrong End instead.
