As I was having dinner, something donned on me about the DLC weapons.
I think I figured out an exploit for infinite ammo for the Detonator. Not sure if it works though, as I haven't tested it yet. You need a DLC detonator (or preferably two to speed things up.) and a lot of time.
Seeing as you can buy DLC guns for free, and you can disable mines from the Detonator, you can in theory get infinite ammo for it. (And by extension, infinite credits.) Just shoot the mines, deactivate them. Sell the gun and buy the gun again. Repeat ad nauseum for infinite ammo.
It'd be nice if someone could test this, as I'm doing my Hardcore run and don't wish to spoil it by using any DLC. (Until I've paid for the regular version of it first, at least.)
