I know, definetly not the right board, but this one is the most active and its a pretty easy question. ;)

In the end of MGS3, when you have to pick between the two guns and duel Ocelot, what are the two outcomes?

Its been a while for me, and I am trying to remember which one gives me the right scene and the SAA...

Thanks!

There's three outcomes, actually, if I can remember right.

Revolver on the left: There's big boss shooting, and it's a blank (you get nothing)
Revolver on the right: There's Ocelot shooting, and it's a blank (this get you the revolver)
Then there's Big Boss shooting, but intentionally missing. (also getting you nothing)

Thanks a lot!
Just needed that refresher ;)

there's a fourth.

it's Big Boss shooting, but intentionaly not firing at all.

From what I remember it goes

1) You pick gun with bullet, hit Ocelot, but it's a blank
2) you pick gun with bullet, real bullet, but you miss
3) Ocelot gets gun with bullet, it's a blank
4) Ocelot gets gun with bullet, real bullet, but misses you

That's what I remember though, not 100% sure

Ocelot never misses, and always fires a blank if you choose the wrong gun.

1. Snake picks the loaded gun and shoots Ocelot --> it's a blank
2. Snake picks the loaded gun and intentionally aims at the wall and fires --> it's a real bullet
3. Snake picks the loaded gun and does not fire --> Ocelot asks why he didn't fire
4. Snake picks the unloaded gun, and Ocelot shoots Snake --> it's a blank.

#4 is also the only way to get the SAA in your initial inventory for the next playthrough.

Whoa, so you could actually control the aiming in that scene? Wow, and I thought I knew everything about MGS3...
