I received strong lubricant oil after killing Bright Wisp during the quest "Power up!" on Fallen Arm. What quest do I need the oil for? I can't seem to find anything about it. If I wanted to kill somebody . . . I'd pick up this book and beat you to death with it! And I wouldn't feel a thing! It'd be like walking to the drug store. |
