Because it's not? Even in pro-scene, where carry tops/junglers are rarer than soloqueue, it's not a tank meta. LCK game that just ended was: Gangplank, Jarvan, Zoe vs Vlad, Camille, Taliah.

In soloqueue it's mostly Fiora, Gangplank, etc, with the main tank picks being Sejuani which is more the champion than the meta

Ability Power seems to be a consistent issue for AP champion balance.

Lost Chapter comes with a lot of mana, a free mana passive upon leveling, but some AP which helps clear waves and do damage, which exacerbates the problem.

Maybe we can fix this by eliminating or reducing the AP from these items?

What, Lethal Tempo sucks. Fleet Footwork is the only rune ADCs should be taking (Ezreal not included for obvious reasons)

Eh, I don't play ADC, but in and vs certain comps, I've seen lethal tempo be pretty beast. My Koggles took it when I was Nunu and was melting things almost instantly. I could see the same combo work well for someone like Trist or Twitch.

im marking down all the subhuman ADC mains here for my ignore list since anyone saying such just confirmed their opinion doesnt matter.

i would agree with you.

if ap items existed. as of now, the only items in the game that are a thing, are ad items.
