so guys did you notice that during the first time you visit dr young's office, ra's al ghul body (since it has a tag attached to its foot) is inside a morgue. But after the incident when dr young was killed and if you head back to her office, the body is not their anymore.

go check it out if you don't believe me.

It's been confirmed that Talia al Ghul will be appearing in Arkham City. But after finding out that Ra's al Ghul's body actually disappears in this game, makes me wonder if her appearance in the sequel will be related to it or not.

Because he's pretty much immortal because of the Lazarus Pits?

I'm sure they did that on purpose, an easter egg of sorts for people who actually know the Batman lore.
