This happened to me too. Talk to Irina again and go kill Jiang Shi once more, that did it for me. That scared me the first time I did it, I expected him to go into some super pissed-off mode and kick my ass for killing his owl.-sdat45 on Cvania:OoE |

It would be. In PoR you could complete Wind's quests before he gave them to you. Not so in this one. So if you kill 30 crows and then talk to Irina, they didn't count, and you have to kill 30 after accepting the quest.
