Hello, sorry if this has been explained already but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. I read that when playing NG2 on XBox One X that all the slowdown issues have been resolved. My question is, are the slowdown issues also resolved on the standard Xbox One? Thanks in advance for any info.

Yeah it runs much smoother even on a base xbox one compared to 360

No. The Xbox One base version will still have performance issues in the more hefty sections like Staircase. The regular and S versions both suffer in this regard. The One X and Series X are the only ones that really suffer no lag/slowdown.

I see. Is there ANY improvement when going from 360 to the regular Xbox One? Thank you again for the info.

Edit: I just realized the name, lol...what up man?

I'm fine bro, hope you're good too! I've kinda quit Facebook. How you holding out?

The regular Xbox One has definite improvements, higher framerate, better loading times, less crashes and improved resolution, but you'll still get issues from time to time.

Doing fine, been binging on Nioh 1 and 2 the last month. Kinda got me in the mood for NG2 since I've only played Sigma, then I remembered I own an Xbox One. I'll probably pick it up now even if the improvements aren't 100%

It will be a big improvement over Sigma 2 even with the occasional slowdown, in my humble opinion of course.

Heck the 360 version is a lot better than Sigma 2 even if it does run like crap, haha. I have a regular X1 and it definitely runs better than the 360, resolution seems a bit sharper too.
