Great run, saw it a while back. He also recently completed the No Ninpo No Damage run of all missions in Black, which took 15 years. Absolutely fantastic performance all-round!

Regarding this run, I do admit to liking the older ones better. A tad smoother and less running back to save stations. Especially the one by 复活斩, legendary run that. Not to mention 都市肥森's run of Chapter 11 where he did the entire chapter in a single segment without saving no damage. I'm pretty good at NGII, and I doubt I can even do that chapter in a single segment, let alone without getting hit. Such great players out there, god I love this game haha!

The depths that can be plumbed in this game are pretty absurd... I can't imagine doing any chapter of this game MN / no damage.

people did this on vanilla broken 360 version back in the day. More impressive than the more fluid xbox one version

There is really no 'xbone version', it's just backwards compatible now...

Anyway, however you slice it, it's an awfully difficult thing to do!

Not really true. The Xbox One X version removes all the lag, input lag and crashes that plagued the original 360 version. It also toyed a bit with enemy agression levels a bit iirc as a by product of those fixes.

Honestly aside from some framerate hitches at specific spots I never had any of those issues on 360. Game crashed once in a blue moon but it's the 360 after all... *great* console for games but reliability not so much lol.

But that's good to hear it runs so well on the 1X. Maybe if it's the same on... what are we calling the new one that's coming out again? - I'll get to experience it someday! :p

Standard xbone (that I've played it on) it seems more or less in line with the 360 version. Maybe a little bit smoother? Kinda hard to say since I haven't unlocked MN yet. Anyway...

Curious about enemy aggression change, that's interesting! Do you know if that's been sort of demonstrated or documented anywhere? I would be really interested by that.

THe X version is hugely improved. Pretty much a full blown remaster. 360 version barely runs consistent 60.

Hahah, yeah, the Series X I think it's called! But no joke man, on the 1X it really is a new game. The regular Xbone really has a few improvements too, but not a lot. Personally I've had NGII slow down to a crawl in numerous fights and there were 4 chests I could not open as they would always crash my game.

Mostly hearsay and also something I've personally noticed. Kind of how that update of PS3 screwed up NGS's enemies.
