If i remeber correctly, Shikis death was never explained or mentioned in the game.How did she die?

it was mentioned she died in an accident if i remember correctly

it never said car accident specifically it just said accident

Probably more of a train accident than a car, since the game takes place in Tokyo where subway is the preferred method of transportation by most people. So it's more likely she accidentally got shoved off a train platform than getting hit by a car.

Really, either way works.

I'm gonna make a broad assumption here and say she was in the car accident that killed beat and rhyme, seeing as how they all begin the game around the same time.

You know how many people die in car accidents every day? Alot... and keep in mind this was in a crowded city in Japan, so I doubt she was killed by the same car.
Are you seriously asking if something is stupid about an economy made up out of hats?
