I love sega, I love the arcade games, and the virtua tennis series is a great one.

I love outrun 2006, it is the driving game of the decade.
the fact we are getting outrun online arcade is....a miracle.

but this, Virtus Tennis 2009!!??
http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=207594

I mean, bring us something NEW sega. Afterburner Climax is a better choice than this.
Virtua Tennis 1&2 on the DC were great, and Virtua Tennis 1 & 3 on the psp were great, VirtuaTennis3 on ps3,x360 were great, SegaSuperStarTennis was great, but we do not need another sega tennis game. We need other Sega titles.

oh well.

outrun 2006!!!

some other interesting sega news.

sega vision update
http://www.seganerds.com/

the sega vision is a prize from the UFO catcher machines in Japan.

new trademarks for possible sega arcade machines, RIngedge and Ringwide.... ?

I am leary about a new sega arcade board so soon though. The Lindbergh was out in 2005 or 2006, and has yet to be fully utilized. Lindbergh titles port to PS3&x360 is still viable..... I would speculate.

outrun2006 changed my life. i will play this game for YEARS.

i forgot to say that, yes, i will still buy virtua tennis 2009. I support 99% of all Sega software released.

I would just rather purchase Outrun 2009, Daytona USA 2009, or Scudrace 2009, or Afterburner 2009, or Hang-On 2009, or Outrunners 2009. Or Shenmue 3. the list goes on and on. the list 'goes on for ages!" = )

I'm really really hoping someone reminds of Jet Set Radio.

I was extremely disappointed with JSRF, but I still have hope for good new one, or a port of the JSR for a current-gen platform.
Ready? Many more battle scenes will soon be available!

the press release didn't mention developers. Sol: is sumo digital working on Virtua Tennis 2009?
from the steller online features for the x360 version of VT3, I plan on getting the xbx360 version again. = )
