Does beating the game on hard give you the achievement for beating the game on easy\medium as well? And can you get the tomb raider achievement by replaying levels on the hard difficulty instead of starting a new game?

I believe you have to play the entire game in hard mode to unlock the achievement. I do know that if you do finish it in hard mode... you will also get the achievement for easy as well. Best of luck in playing it in the hard mode... it becomes quite difficult near the end levels! :)

If you beat it on Hard you will also unlock the Easy and Medium achievements.
Also you can just Replay levels on Hard rather than starting a whole new game, though obviously you will need to finish every level on Hard to do it.
