The ones without Volt Absorb or Motor Drive. I know that Poison types can't be poisoned, Fire types can't be burned [?], and I'm pretty sure that Ice types can't be frozen. But can Electric types be Paralyzed by an electric attack? I know that can by Body Slam or Glare or something else of the sort, but what about Electric attacks, mainly Thunder Wave?

Yeah, without an ability to absorb it Electrics are just as vulnerable to T-Wave as everyone else. Only type immune to Thunder Wave is Ground.

IIRC, ground-types can be paralyzed with Glare, right?

Ground Pokemon can be paralyzed by Glare. In Emerald, Ghost Pokemon were immune to Glare, in DP they are not.
That's Dai Dango Daikazoku!
