Im out of room on my mem stick (16gb) with the free games and the old ones I downloaded since the launch. Can the PSP 3000 take a 32gb or 64gb mem stick pro duo?

There are 32GB Memory Stick Pro Duos, but they are very expensive. A cheaper solution is to buy a adapter like this and buy 2 Micro SD cards:

http://www.amazon.com/PhotoFast-MicroSDHC-Adapter-Converts-MicroSD/dp/B001B6EAOY/

They stopped making Memory Stick Pro Duos after 32GB, but Micro SD cards can be much bigger.

You can use up to 2TB on 'special' PSPs if you can find micro SDs at that size with a pro duo adaptor. On ofw, you can go up to 250 GB

At the very least, combining two 32 GB microSDs for a total of 64 GB (59 in actuality) has been confirmed to work on the PSP. That's what I'm going to do next since my 32 GB is pretty much full.

People still go on Wololo?
Aside from Wololo, on stores like Target, the max memory you can get for the psp is 32 GB (that is if you're lucky enough to lay your hands on a 32 Gb Sandisk pro duo memory stick).

But if I where you I simply stick with 8 gigs or 16 gigs...

Unless you're planing to buy the entire PSN store?

You can easily fill a 32 with nothing more than PS1 classics from PSN, and that's if you don't even have any other media on your PSP.

But if TC's looking for storage space, the dual-32-gb-microsds plus the adapter above is a good option, and will give him 64GB in his PSP for a comparable cost to an 8 or 16 GB MS purchased at retail.

I've got 64GB in my PSP ... it's great.

The biggest cards i have seen on the market ( to average people) are 64 gb micro sd cards, i have linked 2 together and got about 119 gb orso, though it was way too much i just tested it to see if it would work and i actually used the micro cards for something else.

64 gb micro sd cards are expensive though i only snagged some because i got 2 of them for $35 each on black friday/cybermonday last holiday season.

Why do people want anything more than 64 gb or even 32 gb? I doubt they can play all the games they put inside and probably only cycle between 3 or 5 of them.

LOL. You just described me. I have 32gb of memory and loads of games, but I only find myself playing about 10 of them. I never delete them because I have a feeling that I might play them sometime. Now that I think about it, I should probably delete some of them. :)

The PSP is also a good little media player, and quality video takes space.

The official Sandisk site sells those for $160. I bought a 8GB one from Best Buy though; may get the 32GB in the future.
