Bing Bing Bingo is not quite what I expected. Basically, it's a minigame collection which consists mainly of a bunch of different bingo variants. In most of the games, the selection of the letters to be called involves some degree of skill, so it's not completely luck about whether you win or not (though there is a "classic" one where it is 100% RNG). Of all the various bingo games, IMO, the Santa one is by far the most interesting, it strikes a good balance between skill and luck. One thing that is unfortunate is that you can't decide how many rows to play to, though I suppose you can just end the game early if you determine that someone has already "won".

After reviewing a million forms of RotK, we finally come to the last of the 16-bit games, and it looks like we've unintentionally saved the best for last with Genghis Khan 2. Gameplay-wise, it's nothing we haven't seen before, but there's one massive addition that completely changes the experience, drastically for the better. There's auto-command! Gone are the days of choosing specific development orders and assigning specific officers for every turn in every territory, now the AI can just do it for you, only consulting you for your judgement on major decisions. I can't even begin to state how much of an improvement this is. You still have to declare war and do a few things yourself (at least, I've never seen the AI suggest going to war), but allowing the AI to manage the development of your territories makes having a big empire so much more tolerable. The battle system is maybe a little bit of a downgrade from RotK2 (it's very simple, but battles take long), but who cares, the playability of this game is so much better than most of the others. There's no question that this is the best entry-point into the series, heck, it might be the only one you should even bother with. This is just yet another example of why it's necessary for GAB to be so thorough.

Glory of Heracles 4 is a much more interesting game than its predecessor. Besides looking a lot better, its story is also a lot more immediately engaging, but by far the most important change is to the gameplay. Glory of Heracles 4 has a vaguely pokemon-esque system whereby you can meet certain people whom the protagonists can transform into, with each form granting certain stats and abilities. These forms each have a mastery level, which improves their abilities, and you can swap between them at will, so there's a lot of fun to be had hunting down the various forms and training them up. It really helps to keep what could otherwise be a somewhat basic battle system interesting, and when combined with the good story and graphics this is a pretty impressive RPG that's well worth checking out.

Kunio's Dodge Ball is all right. Compared to Super Dodge Ball on NES there's more here, you can upgrade your players and thankfully the flicker is eliminated, but I feel that this game has been significantly surpassed by Battle Dodge Ball at this point. One major issue with this game is that the interface is very cumbersome, there's a ton of menus and nothing is explained very well (even with the translation), so for example, if you want to know what items do you're going to have to look it up. I've also noticed that raw stats seem to matter way more in this game, if you have low throw power you're straight up not going to win because you just won't ever deal enough damage to eliminate anyone, which makes it feel like it relies more on stats than skill.

Super Battletank 2 is very similar to Super Battletank. The biggest changes are that you have a few more weapons (though usually with very limited ammo), the graphics are a bit better, and there's now "boss fights" where the game plays like a gallery shooter. The boss fights are probably the worst thing about the game, they go on forever and take very little skill, and are simply much less fun than the main game. The new graphics also come at a bit of a price, the night levels are now absurdly dark, to the point where you can barely see anything and must just spam shots when fighting enemies to try to spot them through the muzzle flash, which also isn't very fun. Overall, this game feels like a bit of a downgrade from the previous game.

Wow, they actually did it. For Super F1 Circus 2, I noted that the series had improved a lot since the first game, but still had issues with mid-race framerates and race lengths, and both issues have been addressed here. The framerate is now rock solid even when racing, and there's now a new quick race mode, which allows you to play shorter races for a more arcade-style feel. I also like the new UI, which uses a lot more visuals compared to the more menu-driven UI from the predecessor. If you're going to play one of these games, just jump straight to the third game.

There's actually another Dodge Ball game on SNES in Battle Dodge Ball, which IMO is the better of the two games. As for the rest of the Kunio games, no, there's no soccer game on SNES, but there is a Baseball game and a Puzzle game, as well as a pseudo-sequel of sorts to River City Ransom and a beat-em-up.
