Back to the Future Part III. If you can make it beyond the first few seconds of the first screen, you're a much more patient man than I am.

I liked Phantasy Star III for what it was. I’ll never play II again.

I wonder if uffbulle actually played a lot of those games he lists or if its parroting what YouTube personalities say.

I'm right here buddy, you can talk to me directly. And yes, I've played all those games. If you have an issue with a pick then make an argument for it.

Let's talk. I see three games at the moment. What don't you see about Jurassic Park? Because it plays decently and the ability to play as Grant and the Raptor is a nice incentive.

And did you actually give Home Alone 2 and Barney a chance before saying they were the worst games you played? Because the former lets you assemble weapons and beat the s*** out of the Bandits with decent control. One of the issues being the second half of the game being a little difficult to navigate and some high difficulty in the last two levels. The latter, it's for little kids. Three to six year olds. This hate phenomenon for Barney, I get it, but there's nothing about it that makes a 1 out of 10 game. My only big complaint is the voice of Barney getting close to very annoying levels.

These games are not game of the year material, but I don't see them as that horrible. 6 out of 10. Maybe 5 for Jurassic Park. If you want worst ever I have played, hardware or emulation, Back to the Future Part III.

Watching a recent stream where they played Barney and some chat members said they were in the age to have played that game and said they still found it bad. Some complaints were that it was too hand-holding, not letting Barney jumped down high platforms, and the players said it was a bit difficult to control due to the auto-play mechanic trying to wrestle control of Barney from the player.

Phantasy Star 3 gets hate because it’s a bad game in a great series, if it didn’t have the name attached to it, than it would just be an obscure bad game.

But it’s still a masterpiece compare to Sword of Vermilion, Super Hydlide, or Sorcerors Kingdom.

Found the level design pretty bad with several blind jumps and cheap enemy placements just in the first level. The controls are also kinda clunky but I could adjust to them I suppose, as I could with Flashback for example. However it's bs that you suddenly can't look down at a certain point in the first level where you still need to, and the game also has weird slowdown issues when there's not really anything happening at all. Graphically it's not too bad but the audio is subpar for the time. I found the 8-bit version a lot better because of its MM-style level select, more balanced difficulty and more interesting levels.

Isn't Home Alone 2 considered worse than the first one? Been a while there but I might give it another shot.

Barney is just lame though but OK, a very small child might've gotten some enjoyment out of it back in the day. With everything around today on phones and online I doubt a kid would stick with it for long.

I didn't mean to say that the whole list is equally bad though, to be clear.

If you want a Jurassic Park game for Genesis, Rampage Edition will be a good choice

Yes, Home Alone 2 is not as good, but worst Genesis game? Absolutely not. Some flaws, but not garbage. If you want a bad version, the NES version takes the cake.

Why move goalposts for Barney? I don't get it.

Some of the games I agree with:

Batman Forever, Back to the Future Part III, Awesome Possum,

Some I don't agree
Super Thunder Blade, Bubsy 1 and 2, Pit-Fighter, Virtua Fighter 2

I'm an arcade type of guy. Love a lot of Sega arcade games.
