I'm looking to get a new gaming laptop in the next few months. No worried about playing VR or super ultra settings but my target budget is $2200. Thanks in advance.

What games do you play? How’s a good time to get a GTX1060 machine but if you want a 20-series I would wait till May

If you get a 1060, you will have a $1000 in change.

I’d recommend the Lenovo Y7000. It’s under $1000 and has the best thermals of the 1060 laptops IMO

Get a 20-series machine then. But there may be price deops over the next few months.

Alright. Since I'm in no rush. I did see some decent deals on 1060s

Supposedly the Lenovo Y540 will only be $1000 for a 2060 machine.

I never tried a Lenovo laptop before. I'm open to the idea. My current laptop is an Asus.
