I'm not really sure what you mean by that?
More cores, like more clockspeed, scales linearly, but unlike clockspeed, only to the point that software utilizes more threads.
a quad core i7 was just a rebranded celeron -Pengu1n
Anything that has 3p fps or better is fine with me -mucloud
