I have a 4K TV I've been playing the RE2 PC demo on. I have it set to 4K resolution, but I have resolution scaling down to 60%. I'm terrible with numbers, but I think that means I'm actually running the game at a little higher than 1440P? Is there a chart out there that tells me the resolution I'm running at when I set resolution scaling to something like 90% of 4k. or 80% or 70% or 60%? I'm thinking my googling skills aren't that good. Thanks in advance!

It depends how the game measures resolution scaling. A lot of the time, resolution is actually measured vertically or horizontally, and the rest is assumed via aspect ratio, similar to field of view.
For example, if my resolution scaling in WF is 50%, it's drawing one quarter the pixels.
