I'd say 2060. They perform well for light workstation uses according to reviewers. The 2060 is in-between the 1070ti and 1080 for performance with the 2060 getting about 5 FPS less then the 1080 in games. It looks solid for a GPU that just launched. They should refresh them in 2020 from what I heard so you may see RTX 2080 performance in the "2160".

Is the 2060 really $350 or more like $400 ? I've checked around I haven't seen them for sale yet.
PC/XBO/PS4/360/PS3 and everything that was great from before emulation wise...

They could make a killing with ~1080 performance in the $200-250 price range, but this is Nvidia we're talking about.

I was tempted, but I don't really game on my PC much these days. Be tough choice between the card directly from Nvidia and probably that Zotac double fan card. Both the same price.

Don’t buy direct from the Nvidia store. Their customer service is terrible!
