So I would like to free up all my space on my 120GB SSD I tend to have my windows install and various small programs on the SSD this takes like 40 some odd gigs and my main video game I'm playing on there for faster loading.

However the current main game I'm playing won't fit on there. It's like 4 GBs shy.

I do have a 60GB SSD in a PC I'm not using at the moment

I would like to just copy my current windows install on it as it is and free up my larger SSD just for games.

Is there software program I can use that will do that.. a free one?

Is the 60GB SSD a Samsung one? If so, you can use the Samsung Data Migration software. It's free but it only works to clone to a Samsung drive.

Other than that, there is the software from EaseUS which I believe is perfectly fine to do a clone in the free version, you pay for backup functionality:
