For 1080p?
A long time.
Also - you can't judge a graphics card by bad games that are horribly unoptimized.
You have to go by a graphically intense game made by competent devs, like Witcher 3 for instance.

1-2 years after the next-gen consoles have been released, depending on how long it takes for the engines to be optimized for the new hardware

Depends which games you want to play. If it can handle Bannerlord alright, I'll be okay. My old CPU might be more of a handicap, though.

I plan on retiring my 570 whenever AMD does a sale for 2 games with a new GPU purchase for Navi. For 1920x1080p I would see this card doing it just fine for 3+ years on high settings 47+ fps (free-sync). I'm running all my games on high settings 5760x1080p. The 1060 should be fine in my opinion although my card is simply an equivalent, not the 1060.

However long you want. 780ti came out in 5 years ago and can still do 50-60 fps on most games at 1080p ultra settings. You can play with settings and get 60 FPS.

It can? What a piece of hardware! I mean, there's already 980ti, 1080ti and I think 2080ti? And this thing still manages nearly 60 fps ultra?
