I will usually log around 0-1 hour per day. If there is a must play game like RDR2 or something, then 4-5 hours. When I was 8-20 years old, all I would do is play games on almost every platform. Of course, at 18+ I started to focus on college but I was still a decent gamer.

At around 20, I started to have less interest in games for whatever reason I could come up with. I would just make excuses like, "It's EA", "It won't be good as the original", or "I don't want to bother getting hyped for a game that comes out in a few years", etc.

Around 20-23 I would mostly just play games that I could pick up and play like WoW or something.

At 24+ I barely play anything anymore even though I own literally a few dozen of un-played games on PC and console. I'll beat a game every now and then but I still have a gigantic backlog of AAA games. Like, I legit just don't give a f*** anymore (usually). I don't even care about WoW anymore, everything seems like s*** now. I will turn on a game and try to stay focus, but I quickly loose interest.

So I guess we come to the final question, at what age did you start to slow down or completely lose interest in gaming?

I wouldn't say I play games every day/week so I don't know.
I play a lot when there is content that interests me.
I don't play when there isn't content that interests me.

I still have plenty of interest in gaming, just not the games that I never had any interest in in the first place (Action games).
I tried for a long time to like them in my early 20s (when I started playing them) but I just gave up, those types of games aren't for me.

0-1 hours a day. Not because I don't have an abundance of time, I just have a severely short attention span.

Don't think I average an hour a day anymore. More stuff to do comes up over time and days do not become any longer.

Thinking about all the season passes, DLC, and milked expansion packs didn't help either, just to add onto this quote.

Am I wrong to say gaming is much worse today than let's say the PS2 era? s***, the PS3/360 era was good too, but that's when things started to really turn for the worse leading into PS4/X1 imo.

Some days I might go for several hours. Some days not at all. Some days only an hour?

I'm pretty much all over the place. Don't really know what my average would be.

At mid 30s, my love or interest for gaming hasn’t diminished at all. But my time has gotten scarcer as more priorities come into my life. And though it isn’t as often or as long, I do treasure and value my gaming time far more than when I was younger.
I can be patient, but I'm not waiting!

I don't play every day, but when I do it's around 2 hours...though if I'm really into the game I can go way longer. But if it's just me thinking "eh I'll play a quick game of something" it'll be about 2 hours on average.

No clue. My game playing is incredibly sporadic. i could play 5 hours a day for a few days, than nothing for a week, then an hour or two a day every other day for a week, then a few binge all nighters. It all depends on how recently a new game I'm interested in came out, my kids, work, etc. I've been fairly occupied with my switch and Smash the last few days.
