This monitor is kinda terrible in general, should have bought something of higher quality for gaming.

It's not a terrible monitor, but a 3 year old TN panel which means the color quality is probably crap. It's not a surprise that anything lower than 4k looks blurry.

Drop the in-game quality settings to improve FPS if you want to stay at 4k or you might want to look into a good 1440p monitor instead.

Some games come with resolution scaling. Try 4K @ 75% or so.

He means set it to 5760x1080p...I kid, I don't think you can do that but it is 75% of 4k :P

He means reducing the in game resolution scaling to 75% instead of 100% Go load up PUBG and in the settings you'll see that you can lower the rendering resolution. You can do this in ARK. You can do this in R6. There's a s***-ton of games you can do this in. If you can't set it by percentage, find out the pixel ratio of what the closest setting is, and use that.

Honestly your monitor should be fine. I was under that E is better then D and I had the UD590 which ran 4k great, 1440p great, and 1080p okay.

I've played a few that let you keep the native resolution at 4K but set the resolution scale to a lower amount, but it really depends on the game. The ones that come to mind are:

Forza Motorsport 7
Forza Horizon 4
Quake Champions

As for headphones, it depends if they are USB or 3.5mm jack. Do you know which headphones?
