Reset your password, but don't use any links supplied by the email to do so.

I don't know if that's genuine, though it is phrased like a genuine notification. If you're ever not sure about an e-mail, then always treat it as a scam, and if you want to investigate it, then contact the company (in this case Ubisoft) directly via their website, forum, or e-mail, and not the address that came in the suspicious e-mail.
I'm a PC and console gamer - I love good games, regardless of their host system.

That's their official support email:

https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/000013631/About-Ubisoft-accounts

Check the info to make sure the full email described is the same, sometimes it can present like that but on closer look is actually something else.

No. They warned you someone tried accessing your account. The copypaste he gave doesn't look like it has a link either. Scammers don't send linkless password reset emails to force you to Google to find the official method.

I would check details and if email syncs up reset your password.
