IBM Aptiva running Windows 95. It could play 2D games, but not really 3D ones.

Commodore VIC 20... if that counts, kinda like a halfway between a console and traditional pc. That or some IBM compatible from around the same time that I didnt know anything about specwise.

First I personally bought though, a custom built (by a local mom n pop store) 486DX2. All I remember is I was dead set on having a Zip drive... as useless as that was. Surely it'd make me the talk of all my friends! The rest was otherwise pretty sweet for the time though.

>Actually, that Zip drive thing mayve been with my 2nd pc, I forget. Oldness.

woops, we had an Apple II too, so thatd be the oldest, but I got into that after the VIC20. Was using these around the time NES was about to show up, so it was well past all their heydays regardless.
2002 or so, an eMachine with a 1.47 Ghz CPU, 256 MB RAM, and a 40 GB HDD. Installed a Radeon All-In-Wonder 8500 video card a friend of mine gave me (he paid more for it than I did for my whole PC LOL). I still have it in a closet, but everything except the CPU has been replaced.

I really feel old...

I don't know the model exactly but it was an 8088 (not to be confused with the better/faster 8086)
UUrrgg... I remember playing... Test Drive 1 and Space Quest 1 on it... Big days... 5 1/4 floppy drives. No hard drive...

The night I bought it I got Star Trek Academy, Star Wars X-Wing Vs Tie Fighter and Redneck Rampage.

Miss that PC, wish I still had it and at least took better care of it. Loved the speakers and how they attached to the monitor.
