About every 2 weeks, but that for disc backups. Otherwise probably once a month when I have to burn photos or videos to disc for people.

How often do I use it? Well, I built this PC a year ago and so far I've not even got around to connecting it to the motherboard yet. It's just sitting in the case. Before that? I guess I used it about 5 times in 6 years.

My PC doesn't have one, but I'd happily buy a drive for 4k blu rays if it wasn't such a god damn mess to get properly working. Ridiculous.
