Obviously, $90 is way too low for a GTX 1060 or GTX 1080 ti even before the price hike, but how do you even tell which listings are scams to see the current value?

At first when looking at the GTX 1060, I thought maybe it (prices) suddenly crashed but there's a few of the GTX 1080 Ti listings just like it. Is it just scammers banking on people not bothering to send it back because of shipping costs?

Yup. Scam. Either that or the GPU's are dead and are just selling them for parts.

They could also be another card entirely put into the wrong box and they changed out the stickers on the GPU's to mislabel them. That 1060 may turn out to be a 970 instead or worse.

nah, these are mostly likely very old surplus GPUs which have been hastily rebranded in a sweatshop somewhere

probably 400/500 series GPUs with crappy knockoff stickers. Some youtuber bought one of the $40 750Ti's and it was a 550Ti with some stickers on it and a modded BIOS. I'd imagine these are similarly ancient.
