I'd recommend using Galaxy to download and install your games unless you want to archive the installer files for future use, which is what I do. Download them at work, install them at home, and burn them to Blu-ray so I don't waste bandwidth in the future. If that isn't an issue for you, just use Galaxy. Once installed you don't have to use it again. Just launch the game from shortcut. It's still good to run Galaxy periodically and let it auto-update your games.

Looked at oniken, mdk, and neverwinter nights diamond. Only the last had cloud save support, so I'm guessing it is still pretty hit or miss for that feature. Shame that.

that's a bummer. hopefully they're still adding in more as time goes on. manually putting save files on a cloud service isn't terribly tedious, but it would be nice to have the client handle all of that at some point
