I got the strix ti for $850 like five months ago, even in good times $800 is a good price for the zotac model - I remember seeing it around that same price back then.


My Strix was $780 and that was expensive at the time compared to the others. It was worth it to me though. Best GPU I've owned so far.


Definitely; I don't think I'll ever buy a non-TI again. I went from a 780 to a 1080 to the 1080 ti and the difference was palpable.


I went from a 980 ti to this thing but this thing blows the 980 ti out of the water in terms of noise and cooling. I basically never hear my GPU fans spinning and I could hear my 980 ti through my headphones sometimes.

I'm ok with the 1080. Especially when I only play at 1440p.
