f***ing ridiculous. I kept pushing back that annoying "Pick a time to update!" notification and it f***ing got me while I was sleeping. I kept pushing it SPECIFICALLY for this very f***ing reason, I knew it would break my f***ing drivers.

Updating without explicit consent should literally be a crime.

Not if you agree to Microsofts EULA before installing windows 10. My g-sync is working fine on fall creators update with the latest nvidia drivers.

I'm getting frame stuttering. I guess it's time to upgrade my 6800K/1080!

You do realize you can permanently turn off updates right?

They find a way to turn themselves on again.

Regardless, an UPDATE should not BREAK performance. Unless I need to upgrade my CPU/GPU every year, well then I guess f*** me right?

Have you tried reinstalling your nVidia drivers? Once I had my nvidia driver automatically install itself on win10, it broke my g-sync etc. I then uninstalled the drivers, downloaded drivers, disconnected my internet, installed the drivers and everything worked perfect. Don't forget to disconnect your internet connection, because otherwise windows 10 will automatically install the driver before you get a chance to install them manually yourself.

I updated to the latest nVidia driver. Still an issue.
